I live in Ft Worth but work nearby on Arapaho and Glenville. Today I drove in my 95 F150 to work which I rarely do due to traffic and the MPG I get on this old school truck. I had recently heard some squealing and thought it was the belt but went ahead and made the 50 mile drive anyway as I drove it in on Friday of last week as well. With lighter traffic due to Christmas Week break I felt good driving in. Some point on 635 I felt my steering had gotten tight and I started thinking maybe I had a flat tire or my power steering fluid had leaked out (I had replaced a power steering line a few months ago). Instead of exiting on Arapaho I exited Belt Line and was looking for somewhere to pull in to look at my truck and I pulled in here, looked at all my tires and then when I popped the hood saw my problem. 2 of the guys working there came out to look and one of them noticed right away that the pulley on the belt tensioner was bad. They got my info and called to get the part and let me know since it was an older vehicle it would be around noon before the part came in. I had my boss from work pick me up and my truck was ready around 2pm today. Thank you and I appreciate you guys and will let any coworkers know about your location if they need any services.
