I arrived at this service center around 6:30 am for an oil change and tire rotation with a multipoint inspection. I met a gentlemen named Harris Nguyen he is an Assistant Service Manager at this location very professional, genuine, and honest. I recommend this location based off of Harris and my interaction as well as his exceptional customer service. Service department did an excellent for all work performed. Harris recommended my rear brakes will need changing soon as well and he did not try to upsell me during this visit either. I believe the lady at the front counters name was Kissy she was kind, polite, and patient. I spoke to another woman named Sara when setting up the appointment she was kind, polite, and patient too.

The Service Tech told Me it only take 7 or 8 minutes to have a Door Opening Only Key made for My 2007 Avalon after about 35 minutes I went back to check the Status ... He was So Professional & Courteous He went & Got My Key & Comped the $35 FEE for Me ... I was Shocked but Truly Greatful. What Incredible Above & Beyond Customer Service by this Service Dept Advisor !!!
