Took my F-150 to this guy for a tune up and a minor oil leak, within 2 days had to take it back to him for what I took it to him for, than for over a week would not return my calls so when i did get it back within 4 days truck was running bad again so I took it to the Don Bone Ford and as a result which oil leak was not taking care of and so say none of the spark plugs was changed and a few coil packs was not changed so $800+ for a job he didn't do is now costing me another $800+ to get it done right

I went to Nick’s on a recommendation from a guy at Autozone on Westbank Expy. Richie saved me a few $1000 dollars when a dealership in Slidell tried to screw me. Very honest and thorough. Price is amazing and I will use them and only them from now on. Thank you, Richie!!

Can’t say enough good things about this shop. He went above and beyond to find a part to repair the jeep. The company doesn’t make the part at all anymore. They found a company out of texas to get the part from. The price was more than fair for all the time and effort he took to get what we needed. The jeep is running better than it has in years!!!!!! Highly recommend this place.

Many mechanical shops that I have run across always are trying to find ways to screw you over to get as much money as they can. Not Nick. I have been a valued customer since 2008. I know that they will not only find the issue with my car, but I can always expect honest advice and recommendations from them as well. This is hands down my go-to auto repair shop and I think it should be yours as well.

Still a five star review after 3 years and 4 trips to Nick's for service/work. The owner, 'Nick,' is nothing short of an automotive genius. He knows everything about anything automotive, bumper to bumper. Four times now he has correctly diagnosed the part and problem just from listening to my describing the signs/noise, feel, smell, and observations. He would then take it for a test drive to confirm his diagnoses. The same thing happened today. It was an exhaust problem. He described what was happening and how it was causing the signs that I could hear, smell, and feel. He recommended that I take it to a muffler shop and REFUSED TO TAKE ANY MONEY for his time and effort. A truly great man. (My first review 3 years ago --->) I took my pickup to Nick's about noon two days ago, on the recommendation of a friend. The next day, yesterday, Nick called me back to tell me what was wrong with my truck and how much it would cost. I believe that the repair cost was very reasonable. I asked him how long it would take to repair my truck. He said, "It'll be ready tomorrow about noon." (Which meant today.) I was flabbergasted. I would never have guessed that anyone could do all that needed to be done to my truck in such a short time. Even better than that, Nick called me this morning about 0730 hours this morning to say it was ready. I had my truck back home less than 48 hours after I dropped it off! Low repair costs and it was ready BEFORE the given time estimate! This was my first time to go to Nick's, but if my truck ever needs work done that I can't do, it won't be the last time I go to Nick's.

One star is generous. "Nick" has had my vehicle since the last week in June, and $1600 of my money for parts 47 excuses later and still no truck. It's my work vehicle. Going on 6 weeks. His phones are turned off every Monday and Friday. Every Thursday for 5 weeks I've been told tomorrow for sure you'll have it.

Had a oil leak "repaired" by Nick Auto. Automobile still leaks!!! When informed that it will be ooked t for repairs, no show and no answering phone calls. Broken promises for scheduled repair dates. Go to the shop, no one there and do not answer phone calls. Numerous excuses... no repairs to work that was so called done
