With All Due Respect To Whom It May Concern Recently I was rear-ended. My Insurance Company recommended Nickole Auto Body, in Saugus, Massachusetts. They received a top rating from the Insurance Company. I now know why. I worked with three people at Nickole Auto Body. The first person I met at the shop was the Office Manager, Melanie. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, and made life easy for me, filling out the internal insurance paperwork. Next I met Juan and Lucas, who came out with me to inspect my car. They were extremely through in their inspection of my Subaru Forester Wilderness. They took detailed notes, as we walked around the car. They asked me questions about any other issues I was having with the car since the rear-end accident, that weren't immediately obvious. I told them that the computer on my Subaru Forester Wilderness seemed totally off from the impact. Nothing seemed to be working properly, and I asked them to take a close look at it when it went into the shop. When I got my car back several days later, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my car looked brand-new again. I couldn't believe the amazing job Nickole Auto Body did cleaning the car inside and outside. The car even smelled brand new. ;-) The computer now works perfectly again. Just like it did when I first bought the car. I was very pleased with all the work they did. Everyone I worked with at Nickole Auto Body, worked to the highest standards of professionalism. Nikole Auto Body in Saugus did an amazing job on my Porsche Macan GTS. The whole driver side was damaged—both doors, the back quarter panel, and the front fender. I was super nervous about picking the right shop because I always take really good care of my cars. The team at Nikole absolutely killed it. Not only did they repair everything flawlessly, but they also helped me install the OEM sport mirrors I’d been wanting to add. When I got the car back, it looked better than when I bought it. I had a great experience at Nikole's autobody. I had been delaying repairs for over a year, but had an insurance claim. They didn't bat an eye and handled all the insurance negotiations. I basically dropped off the car and that was it. Another perk, which I can't guarantee but there's never been a line. So it's just in-service-out. They also took the time to clean the interior of my super dirty car😂 Definitely a very pleasant experience and I will come back for the convenience. The last time I had a repair I think I waited about an hour just to get the claim in. So definitely refreshing how fast everything was!
