We were clients for the auto repair shop that existed at this location prior to K&D Auto Repair. The previous owner moved far away so we were without a mechanic. It is hard for us to trust a new mechanic, especially from a bad experience we had in the past. I decided to give them a call because the skid plate from our car broke and was touching the road. They let me know to come on by, and when I did, they fixed it right away. I also had an engine light from a bad sensor and they handled the problem with care and at a reasonable price. If you’re looking for a mechanic who genuinely cares about you and your car, you can come by here. These guys will take care of you.

K & D Auto repaired my AC. Call on a Friday and got a appointment the next day on a Saturday. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 AM, received a call at 2:30 telling me my vehicle was all set. I was showen the defective part with a explanation about the completed work. K & D was very courteous and cared about me as customer. The price was very fair with quality work. From this date now on this shop will be me and my family's go to garage. This shop is a great asset for Saugus residents. Thank them for a job well done

Very pleased with the customer care, mind you this was a Saturday afternoon they’re were about to close and told them I had to replace my sway bar and my exhaust clamps that were all rusted and broken they replaced everything with a new one within one hour and the price very reasonable compared to other mechanics around. Really appreciate the way guys treated me and handle the situation professionally. I really recommend your guys service to everyone and if I could’ve gave them 10 Stars I would!

Just this weekend, I went there to replace bulb on my Subaru Crosstrek 2017. I had purchased bulbs myself from Amazon thinking I would do it myself. Turned out it's not so easy. When I entered the garage the mechanic was already working on a car. I asked him if they change bulbs and told them I have purchased the bulbs myself. He replaced them under 5 minutes, I asked him how much I owed him and he said don't worry about it. This kindness deserves a review. I forgot to ask his name, but thank you again for your help!
