Had an anti freeze leak in my 04 Grand Marquis, Ken diagnosed, gave me a solid estimate, then delivered right on time. He showed me the old part (intake manifold) explained it was a common problem with my model car. Everyone I dealt with there were great.

Ken has taken care of my vehicles ever since I moved to Saugus. I told him I wanted to do some work myself and he was honest with me and explained what would be worth it for me to do and what would require special tools etc, even though he got less money by me doing it myself. I took my girlfriend's car to the stealership and they quoted me $2000, wanted to replace everything. Took it to Kens and was out of there for $600 and the car sounds great now.

Hands down, a wonderful garage. Very helping people. I was working in the area when my truck started messing up, they got me right in, and saved me a ton of money on a rental. I dropped my truck off in the morning, expecting the worse, but hoping for the best. It turned out to be great news, i stopped in that afternoon before work, and my truck was already done, and even though he wasn't going to do the billing until the morning, he filled it out right there. thanks a million guys, if I ever have any issues in this region again, I'll drive up to an hr to come here. Someone recommended Ken's to me 4 years ago. This is the only place I trust. You will have everything thoroughly explained to you. Ken wants you to understand what is wrong and what are paying for. Also, he won't try to talk you into anything. He will tell you if you have time for the repair, or if it is something that needs to be fixed for safety right away. You won't get any unpleasant surprises with your bill. I just had a repair yesterday and feel like I drove away with a new car. Ken and staff are always great to deal with.

I worked personally with Gerson and he’s the best sales man ! Super knowledgeable which is helpful when getting you into the vehicle you want .. I’ve followed him for 10 years from 2 other dealerships and he’s been top notch .. he gets the best deals and makes sure I leave satisfied . The most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever dealt with. Ken and his crew are always looking how to save you money and never try to up-sell you like those big chains. I had work done at one of the big chains and there was a knocking a few months later. Ken found the bolts had never been torqued down. I have been going to Ken ever since for years now.

My car started feeling heavy in drive mode for a long while before getting a flashing D and VTM-4 error. I brought the car to my usual mechanic and they recommended replacing transmission oil then changing it when that didn't work. I brought to Ken's Car care. They throughoughly inspected my car and found that the issues were wires. They replaced the harness and grounds. It still feels more heavy than it used to but a lot less than before. The error is gone and pedals feel more responsive. They probably saved me a couple of grands.

Finding a diesel mechanic is probably the most difficult thing to do in the automotive world. Finding one that is responsive, will take on a difficult project, and stands by their work without blaming it on the truck is next to impossible. I brought my 1995 gmc k3500 lifted navy truck to them and they took very good care of it. High pressure fuel pump, ac system replacements, 2 intake manifold gaskets, steering components, alignment, and more done to this vehicle. When I say I needed to be pushed in to this shop I’m not kidding. I needed to be pushed in by another truck from breaking down on the highway. When this truck came out of their garage bays it sounded better, drove better, and handled better. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I only hope they keep taking me as a customer as I know diesel trucks, especially this one is a “pain in the rear” to work on. Thank you guys
