Great experience. I called on a Saturday to see if I could have my front bumper clipped after I dragged it on a curb. AC was very helpful on the phone and in person. I came right over and they quickly did the repair. Everyone was friendly. They did not overcharge or upsell. Bring cash if possible :)

Nothing but great things to say about the team here. fast, reliable and they will go above and beyond for their customers. love that when i take my vehicle in they keep the old parts that have failed readily available so you can actually see the failed part. most shops you fly blind but not at nirala, no matter how crust dusty and destroyed the part is theyll show it to ya if you want to see it and thats all i could ever ask for. These guys always go above and beyond for my wife and i. this is the only shop we go to in jersey city. Thank you boys for always taking care of my family and keeping us safe.

I take my car here on a regular basis. Regular meaning regular maintenance and sometimes for emergent purposes as I have older vehicles that need a bit more love every now and again. These guys are the epitome of american dream and fighting for what they have. You treat these guys well and they treat you just the same. They’re knowledgable and very reliable. It’s a small operation if they tell you a cars gonna be done on a certain day chances are it’ll be done. They may not call you to tell you but give em a ring and they’ll tell you whats what, this is an old school shop who just want to do good business and provide for there families. Give em a shot and if you dont like it there then go somewhere else no harm no foul. I love nirala, and they take great care of my family and treat us like family.
