I went here to the location in Pinellas Park to get an oil change, rear wiper blade swap and my low beams changed. I walked in and was greeted and felt comfortable right off the bat. They explained everything to each person that came in clearly and acted very human to everyone. Like I couldn't hear what Adrian was saying and the details because they don't scream your business all over the place, but the he way his tone was and how it almost seemed like he wanted to help the customer even more through just compassion. There's respect here!! The low beam lights i bought apparently were correct, but didn't fit, so Rob was like let me show what I mean, but not in a rude way...he genuinely meant it! So I didn't even know while I was talking to Rob in the garage at my vehicle, Blake ordered the correct ones that would fit and he had to figure it too cause it was giving him different choices too. He let me know when I came back in. He's like return those other ones and save money, I ordered new ones and they are on their way, thank you for your patience. Now, he's thanking me..remember he did this before I came back into waiting room..so no thank you!! There was another guy in waiting room that was chill like everyone else and helping out in garage and didn't get to talk to him til the end, but his name is Alex and was very nice. Tim in the garage seemed to have a sense of humor too which is fun and conversations were be held by everyone the whole time. Ray and Blake in the waiting room were always working, but held full conversations about anything subject and not just small talk. Like it was actually entertaining and made you forget you're in a waiting room....waiting! Talked about baseball and where everyone is from and just chill back and forth. At the end you could tell they were all ready to go as you normally are, but they stayed real. I say all this detail for reasons. OK I grew up here in Pinellas Park and everything that can hold a Cheers (tv show) vibe has been torn down and built into townhouses probably. Also when you go into a business you don't want to feel like you're going to get take adventures of..you don't feel that here. Also when you are just sitting there waiting in a small room after you just got off work and haven't eaten...yeah awkward silence and staring...fun! Thankfully it was actually like you were chilling with friends and you're like oh yea haha thanks for the oil change. Also, not important to some, but it is to myself and other females... Ladies this isn't a boys club. Did I see another female besides myself, yes but she was delivering a package. So I said ALL that up front so if people don't wanna read full review, but also so it didn't come off weird, but guys you don't realize how much women will be treated and talked to like they are simple and lower than in these type of businesses. So everyone is welcome and you will feel like it. Everyone will be treated like they are a person and not spoken down to and it just has a chill environment. Blake and Rob talked to me about the lights and why the ones I bought won't work, but never like they had to dumb it down...big appreciation for that and Blake at the end told me what I still need to get repaired I got confused for a second and then he explained real quick again and I got it. Never made me feel small or dumb...matter a Ray and Blake were who I spoke to the most and we actually started to joke at and with one another. So like I said that sounds blah to some but respect is important to me and so is integrity!! However, being a female and feeling comfortable and actually want to go back just to keep chatting with everyone is a great feeling because if you know..you know. I will be back and so will my mom and everyone else I tell. I work in customer service and just cause my job isn't a mechanic or haircut whatever, but if i believe in you I will suggest with my whole chest where to go. Thanks y'all 😊

I went to this shop since it changed from National Auto, with different manager.. with my Jeep wrangler to get some front brakes changed.. I got all the parts myself..they really did lots of changes.. for the good.. upon looking at the estimate I realized they charged me 3 time to take off the brake rotors and calipher.. 3 times.. tried to explain they charged me 3 times labor. for just the brakes.. I spoke to Mike the manager.. he insisted.. until I ask him to look it over line by line, then he realized that it was an error and correct it. So much was going on, at the time.. I can see it was a honest mistake, he apologized and fixed it.. he was great to work with and if you have a problem with youre bill or question hes a great , honest person to ask..lots of other stuff I know is borderline need repair .. they dont rip u off like the other places.. they will honestly tell you if its fine and give you recommendations. I recommend this shop.. check out my bloggers on IG, FB, Smartfinds, and Pinellas finds( recommendations for business in pinellas) Go in see Mike or Adrian!! 4* only because they should have found the mistake

OUTSTANDING service from the first phone call to when you end up leaving with a happy car. Quick and efficient amazing customer service response and diagnosis, getting the price and warranties i need, getting me where i need to go as an ADDITIONAL FREE SERVICE... you absolutely cannot beat these guys on friendliness (Adrian + all of the staff) and feeling safe as a woman my Dad (as my go to car guy) would be proud I found them...SO LUCKY TO HAVE THEM IN ST PETE! im a return customer and will KEEP returning and recommending HIGHLY...thank you so much my car is running top notch once again! I came in for a transmission fluid drain and fill on my vehicle. I also received an inspection report from their technician identifying some other issue on my vehicle. I was able to talk to Adrian and Ray about options and timelines of what they suggest and in what order. Their professionalism and service level will keep me coming back. Had a really great experience here just by going in for a simple oil change, the level of professionalism and also service was very much appreciated and highly valued. They do send out great offers on services through email and regular mailers for all types of services for many different vehicles, prices were very competitive and fair! The 14 point inspection revealed that we needed more work done that was simply routine maintenance for a Jeep Grand Cherokee at 50,000 MI, they were not pushy and also they offered the services same day however just because of money constraints we took it in advisement and told them that we would definitely be bringing the vehicle back for further services at a later date!

They found the electrical problem quickly then fixed a really bad misfire. The best part was, I called that morning and they fit me into the same days schedule. When your car's down you need to know if its a huge issue or a small one right away so you can plan a temporary ride. The uncertainty of not knowing if you need a new car or its fixable on a budget is super stressful. Total time there, about two hours. Great shop!

I checked out Noble because I use to work with someone with that name. (No relation) Scheduled with Noble because I believe in supporting small businesses. Boy was I in for a surprise. They were ready to take my jeep that day but I had plans I had to keep so was scheduled for 2 days later. By my choice. Not weeks away just two days. My drop off day came and I was given a plan of attack (those are my words not theirs) and a time schedule. Such polite gentlemen. Answered all my questions with a smile. I received a text message with a very detailed explanation of what they found . Color coded as to ok, worrisome and needs attention now. They gave my jeep a complete physical! When I called to ask what was most important they explained in detail what and why. I said go for it, we can do the rest in steps. I was given a time frame and got a little nervous as the time drew near. I called and said no rush take your time, I can get it tomorrow. “I was just gonna do the last test drive you can pick it up in a half hour” JUST LIKE THEY SAID AT THE BEGINNING!!! When I got there to make payment and head to the store. I met the gentleman that did the physical on the jeep. (Same name as my son) All the guys were polite, honest, and truthful in what they said. Turns out that all of them are Christian. What a great place to do business. I am so glad I stopped in that first day. I have found my mechanics! I no longer need to turn the radio up to hear it over the noises my jeep used to make! 2 year warranty included. AND YOU CAN HAVE A HAT!! I recommend Noble to everyone! I’m making cookies for them next week!

I was recommended through a friend to come here regarding my ac to be fixed. Not only did they fix it for me in a timely manner, they also checked up on me two different times after to make sure everything is still working. I highly recommend and will be going back to have other stuff fixed on my vehicle. Very reasonable pricing and will working with you regarding labor costs on certain jobs. A very honest company to say the least.

Fantastic service the pre purchase inspection Jesse done was really in depth and informative. You can tell that they actually care and want to help make sure that your viechle is in good condition. Five star service! I was referred to Noble by Jimmy at Bob's Discount Tire for an alignment after having 4 new tires installed. I didn't make an appt but stopped in at a great time because I didn't have to wait long at all. Mike went over and above, even helping get my tire pressure sensors reset, and explained the alignment process and I received a report at checkout which was very helpful. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, personable and this was a very pleasant experience. Reasonable pricing. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend for all your auto repair needs!
