We had a great experience with Diego! He squeezed us in one evening, which we really appreciated, and then came back the next afternoon after an honest mix-up to help move some parts around. When we realized we didn’t have the right part, Diego went out of his way to get it for us, came back, and got everything fixed up. It’s hard to not feel like a mechanic is trying to pull one over on you as a young lady. Diego is the mechanic that I trust. He is knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, and kind. After taking my car to a shop for random age related issues four times within the last month he took care of everything that had been overlooked. He gave me multiple options with clear explanations and I felt no pressure and was able to make informed decisions. The peace of mind alone does not compare to that of any other mechanic I have had. He is transparent about cost before beginning work and out of this world affordable compared to any mechanic shop around. If that wasn’t already everything you hoped for the added convenience of meeting you where you are at whether it’s at home, work, parking lot, side of the road, you really can’t compare. Let me just say that Diego did a phenomenal job. Of all the mechanics and dealerships no one ever contacted me back except for him. He called me back within 10 mins and headed to my home. My car was not cooperating when I initially tried to start it. It did not want to turn on. However he was able to identify the problem quick and resolve it within a short time. My starter went bad so he replaced the part. He charged me a fair price and is an unbelievably hard-working man. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future if I experience anymore issues. 10/10

Diego is the absolute best!!! I called him after bringing my car to a local shop who insinuated I was stupid for being unsure of what was going on with my car (my normal mechanic was not available). Diego was at my home 12 minutes later. He spent over an hour outside with me, explaining every single detail as he looked into the issue, so not only was the issue examined but I learned about what can cause it too. He also explained several things to me about my car that were unrelated to the issue but important to know (ie. questions I had about my tires, fluids, etc.) which he absolutely didn't have to do. He is so incredibly kind, honest, and thorough. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it's incredibly refreshing to find a mechanic who I can 100% trust isn't trying to sell me on things I don't need or charge more for things because I don't understand how certain parts of the car work.

Just had Diego come for the 3rd or 4th time now and he always does a great job. I'm a very last minute type, but he's still able to accommodate me within the same day or within a day or 2 which I love. Like I texted him this morning to ask if he can come do a few things and he was here within a few hours. So far he's changed my oil a couple times, changed my headlights and filters, put a new battery in and a few other miscellaneous things. I hate the shop experience because you need to carve out a whole day, arrange other transportation and go without your vehicle for hours or days. Diego comes right to your house and takes care of everything on site. He's also super knowledgeable and really nice, which is a bonus. As a woman, my experience with guys who have anything to do with fixing your car hasn't been really pleasant. But with Diego, I don't feel like he's ever being condescending or trying to sell me things I don't need. He's genuinely such a super friendly person. Sorry for the yap fest, I'm half asleep.
