Bought a SUV at C&C Cars last nite,and battery wasn't any good this mornin vehicle wouldn't start,called them and they said too get it too them,got it too them,they checked battery and alternator and determined battery was bad,they put a new one in,and I was back on my way in less than twenty minutes,everyone there very polite and friendly.

if they offer you a coolant flush just say no thanks because instead of doing a proper flush they will just add new water. and then when your water pump starts leaking in a couple months they're going to tell you that you need a new radiator. STILL LEAVING YOU WITH A LEAKING WATER PUMP. taking my repairs elsewhere.

Im almost scared to leave the great review that this place deserves. Once people realize how awesome this shop is, it will be difficult to get an appointment ever again because they will be booked solid. I wont even go into how affordable my Cadillac CTS-V tire change was but lets just say they saved me hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars over Dimmit Cadillac. Crazy good. Thanks guys!

I have been coming to this auto shop for years and each time I came I always had a good experience. However, recently had my car towed to their shop 6/29/18, and they had my car at there shop till around mid August. Within that time They were not able to figure out what was wrong with my car. They received another opinion from another shop and still couldn’t figure it out. It was a mystery! You know I wasn’t even mad. I thought my car was a lost cause. I spoke with Mike, and he was really sorry that they couldn’t fix my car. I really believed his sincerity. He said if the other mechanic was able to fix my car that he would compensate me, and to give him a call to let him know what was wrong and how the mechanic fixed it. He said it would be a learning experience for him and his team. I did not ask for compensation, that is something that he offered and I thought that was really nice of him. My mom recommended another mechanic, she said he’s a one man shop, and he may take a while to fix it, because it’s just him, but he always figures it out. She was right! He communicated with me by phone or by text, and he sent me pictures, and he always kept me updated. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. My car was at his shop from 8/20/18 - 9/10/18...Ed fixed my car...He replaced the ECU and reprogrammed it, 3 ignition coils, spark plugs, new battery, and ignition switch and some relays... I gave Mike a call on Friday (today 9/14/18), Because I wanted to make sure that the car was running right and that there wasn’t any issues. Today Mike was not so nice. So I explained what was wrong with the car and how the other mechanic fixed it. And then he said thank you and was going to hang up the phone. I was a little confused, and said the reason why I called is because you said that you were going to compensate me. Mike said thank your Mom because she called and was rude and she threatened to sue me (she said “someone should sue them” not that she was going to sue him, because she felt like they shouldn’t have charged me what they did). So the reason why he didn’t stick to his word Is due to someone else’s actions, and his feelings were hurt. No one likes to be told that they did something wrong, but that is how you learn . (Side note, when Mike was talking to the receptionist before he got on the phone with me I overheard him talking about my mom and he called her the B word, and was almost not going to talk to me. I should have known that the conversation wasn’t going to go well). I dislike dishonesty, and how could one mechanic fix my car that several mechanics couldn’t fix and he even sent my car to another shop for a second opinion (that I paid for)... I’m not unreasonable, I wasn’t going to ask for much. I just owed the other mechanic a small amount.. it was only like $90.00, or the amount he thought was fair. I paid more money than that for towing my car to the other shop... l guess that’s what I get for trusting another individual on their word... I used to recommend this place to everyone I knew, and they probably got a lot of business because of me. But I will never recommend anyone to go here ever again!

I am happy to give a 5 star review for this company. I had been going to the dealership or another auto shop, and was quoted an outrageous amount for a brake job, so BNI, and fellow entrepreneur friend introduced me to the owner Mike, and his shop. My brakes were fixed for a great price, and since then, I have been coming here for all my auto repairs, including an oil change. Very happy with Mike, and all his staff! They advertise they treat you like family, they are right!

I called them on Friday and asked to set an appointment up and was told to bring it in Monday morning so today I dropped it off and shortly I received an updated about what need to be replaced and the cost. A couple hours after I confirmed the repairs It was ready to be picked up. This is the second time I’ve used them for my repairs and they are always honest about what needs to be fixed and reasonable with pricing. Not only that but the staff is friendly and professional! Such a great family atmosphere! This is the only place my family will take our cars for repairs. Highly recommend them for your automotive repair needs!

Dave runs an amazing auto service shop! He addressed my concerns and used state of the art diagnostics on my Chevy Spark, aka Buttercup. His office receptionist, Kat, is awesome as well! Great people! From calling to get a quote to scheduling and checking the status of my car everyone in the office is extremely pleasant I immediately felt comfortable. I was an hour late dropping my car off and they were very understanding they also knew I couldn't be without my car for very long between work and getting my daughter to school even after having a wrong part delivered and waiting for another they stayed late finished the job the same day under the original estimate! Definitely recommend!

I had work done to my jeep here, and it seemed like a great shop to get work done. Well I had another mechanic come do some work this past weekend and he noticed my throttle body gasket was missing the rubber seal and had been pulling dirt into it. Picture attached, and I circled where you can clearly see where the dirt was being pulled in. This could have been really bad, seeing how my car was last in C&C auto 4 years ago! Then we noticed the air filter compartment had not been fully closed properly, causing a half inch opening for dirt and debris to get in. (The picture attached was after we latched it properly) Had my brakes done in your shop also while it was there for the transmission fluid, rear differential oil, and a few other things, the brakes still make grinding noise 20,000 miles after… I was told the noise would go away. C&C auto has been the only place that has worked on my vehicle. I have always thought very highly of them, until I saw with my own eyes what was done. And the brakes still making a grinding noise, to this day.
