Bad experience. Nice enough, but they dont call back, or do any work they dont have to. They double charged me for vehicle storage and charged Kars for Kids charity the fee again to pick it up. With so many body shops in the area, any probably acts with much more integrity.

Worst experience with any towing company I’m ever had. First my husband tried to call for the price to get our vehicle out and the woman on the phone not only didn’t give a answer over the phone but also laughed. Then we get the bill for the car being there for 2 days and the total is way over priced for people that are completely rude.

I'm sure the auto body and paint part of this enterprise are fine...however, my car got stolen and this is where I had to pay 220.00 to get it out of impound. The owner was very nice and helpful but, paying to get my car back after it was stolen left a bad taste in my mouth.

They're lying with their time open. Its apparently 9am. Not 8:30. Been waiting here since 7:30. Someone showed up at 8:20ish. And we talked to them. They had our towing paper.. whatever its called on hand right there. But the lady at the front desk said we cant do anything until 9am because no one is there until 9am... why does it say 8:30 it's Opened For Business??? Truly have no idea either... Also agree with all the other 1 star ratings on there. Let's see how mu experience is with them once they do get here at 9. If it is good, simple, easy, smooth. Then I'll give a 5 star rating.

I was in a fender bender when the police had my car towed to this shop. My hood wouldn’t latch, I needed new headlights and my bumper was hanging. The receptionist told me it would be a $4000 fix. So when I began to question why it was a $4000 fix and I brought the car for 4 grand the receptionist became very rude as if she was insulted by the question telling me “she’s not gonna put any piece on my car so it can fall off and I could come back and complain and that’s why it’s four grand.“ WORST PLACE EVERRRRRRR. They over charge you and then get rude and nasty when you want them to explain what you’re paying for. Do not spend your hard earned money with people who are rude and don’t appreciate their customers

Honest and quality work. I have had two cars repaired due to minor fender benders. Service and quality of work has been top notch. On one occasion they were able to repair a bumper the dealer felt had to replaced.

I read over most review . I find out is a family business that why they give 5 stars. my personal. Honestly is 1 star . They do the. Job don’t look like professional. And take too long . They want hold you up bill to insurance. The job they did my vehicle look messy I’m unhappy make them rework again . You don’t need believe me but my review is true bad business

J and J Auto Body is amazing. A blessing. I had a car wreck on 275. My car was automatically towed to J & J....From the beginning they were very helpful. Mary Beth went above and beyond to help us out in a tough situation. She handled everything wonderfully with the insurance and at easing my mind. They promised us a vehicle safe enough for my daughter to be in and that's what they did. I appreciate it and, honestly, I can't thank them enough. Absolute WORST customer service and poor business practices. My son was in an accident and the car was towed ther. They have had the car over a month and advised initially it was supposed to be fixed in a week, for a fender and some minor mechanic work. They keep advising when the car will be ready and after the 4th time of them not keeping their word and the vehicle is not being fixed!!! They don;t even have the courtesy or professionalism to reach out to the customer proactively to let you know the work is not done... you have to hound them to even get a call back to find our the status of your vehicle. Not reliable, not trustworthy, Price gouging. exceptionally high prices for the work almost as much as the vehicle costs!!! latency, rudeness and unprofessional business practices , Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Called them on a Thursday and spoke to a woman,was told they WERE doing full paint jobs and to bring my car in anytime after 10am. Took it up Friday (woman was out that day). Spoke to their estimator, he did everything but throw me off the property from quoting me double the price to telling me they would have my car 3 weeks to a month and they would probably break my GT emblems and not replace them. Wouldn't take a bicycle to this place!

The roof of my Dad's truck was rusted and had begun to leak. J&J gave me a competitive estimate and I ended up having them not only fix the roof but repaint the entire truck. I also had them order new headlights. Dad's truck looks brand new and they guarantee their paint for 10 years.

My old 94 F150 was T-Boned on driver door and box. J&J did an excellent job bringing the truck back to original condition. The attention to detail was amazing. All the rust locations were identified and repaired. The repair and paint job is flawless. All the little dents were straightened out. The truck is basically brand new. I thought I was going to lose the multi striped pin-stripping but they were able to replicate it as original. Every time I went to the shop to check on the truck the guys always took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what was happening next. I get compliments on the truck wherever I go. The guys at J&J did a great job.

Lieing pile of crap. Ordered a part on ebay. Claims it arrived defective. Item was brand new, and OEM not chineese knock off. Claimed he ''replaced the bulb''. Wouldnt know how as the unit is a SEALED LED unit. Not to mention when i got it back, worked perfect! Hooked up a power probe. I would not trust this business if they lie about the small things. Makes me wonder what they hide or lie about larger things... Not a trusted business
