Buying from them was the best car buying experience I have ever had. So easy to work with, and I bought a great vehicle for a very reasonable price. These guys are fantastic. In January of 2023, I drove down from Jacksonville and purchased a low mileage 2014 Miata that was in very good condition. I discussed the car over the phone with the salesman, Pat, and put a deposit down sight unseen, for two reasons: the car seemed to be exactly what I was looking for, and what really sealed the deal was the fact that I had a good feeling about working with Pat. He was honest and friendly. Talking over details was brief and to the point, with no pressure. Truly, the most enjoyable and straightforward conversation I have had while dealing with a car salesperson. I looked at several Miatas before this one, and dealing with Pat was so much simpler than talking to other salesmen. When I arrived at the dealership, I was pleased to find that the car was as it had been described. I purchased the Miata and was out of there in no time at all. While doing so, I met the owner, Daniel, who was quite friendly and easy going. Both gentlemen were professional, honest, transparent, and a pleasure to do business with. Since my purchase 3 weeks ago, I have greatly enjoyed the Miata. It is an absolute blast, and my friends have been impressed at how “clean” and “well kept” the car is. If you are looking for a nice car at a reasonable price, sold by people who are personable and professional, then these are your guys.

Truly Outstanding Experience I can’t say enough good things about the team at Your Automotive! I had been dealing with a frustrating, intermittent issue with the push-to-start feature on my vehicle for some time. I’d brought it in a few times before, but the issue was tricky and hard to reproduce. On my most recent visit, I dropped the car off and sent over some video footage showing exactly what was happening. Within two days, the team ran comprehensive tests and completed several services — and they kept me updated every step of the way. It’s now been over two weeks, including a long out-of-state road trip, and I’m happy to report zero issues. The push-to-start is working flawlessly. What truly stood out to me was not just the fix, but the professionalism, prompt communication, and genuine care the staff showed. Where do I start, my daughter has been saving for her first car since her sophomore year! She graduated high school, went through Basic training and came home waiting on college to start. She decided on a vehicle, her heart was set on the Mazda 6 on this lot and it was a nice car, drives well, 1 owner and Pat was the nicest salesman that we could have asked for, being this was her first car buying experience. No haggling with the price and very honest. We appreciate everything that he has done throughout this process for our daughter. Thank you thank you!!

Stand-up guys. Bought a nice Avalon at a fair price. On the way home the check engine light came on. Sean said bring it back in and we'll make it right. They not only made it right but the plate came in while thy had the car and they put it on. They are AAA and NAPA certified. I plan to have them do all of the maintenance on the car. They also did a full check on the car and fixed some other stuff that might be a potential problem.

I got my dream truck, thanks to Pat! He was great and easy to worth with. Honestly, it was a pretty quick process as far as buying a vehicle goes. I had spotted a beautiful truck online, reached out, and had an appointment set up the next day. I walked in around 1pm and was driving home in my new truck around 3ish. If you've ever bought a car from a dealership before.... you know that a little over 2 hours is pretty damn fast! Thank you again, Pat! I'm absolutely loving the truck!!! Ohhhh and I was using my debit card for the down payment but they have a fee. He waived the fee for a portion of it and allowed me to come back on Monday with a check for the remainder so I didn't have to pay any additional fees. There is absolutely no other dealership that would ever be that honest and kind! Highly recommend!

I took my car into Your Automotive for a very persistent electrical issue, where my car's battery would die. I needed jump-starts everytime I drive anywhere. Others to whom I took the car were not able diagnose my problem. Twice, shops sold me new batteries. This didn't solve my issue at all. Within one day of leaving my car with Your Auto, they found the cause, fixed it and returned the car to me! The vehicle runs now like new-- like it hasn't done in years! The price they charged me was shocklingly low. I would definitely use them again.

Benn trying to find an alternative to my dealer service since they would lose my appt and cause me considerable time and agony. By as I searched internet for better alternatives where I might niot be ripped off and had had qualified people. Fortunately, I checked them out. AAA certified. Was not sure what that meant. Did some digging and found that AAA demand high quality capability, OEM parts (not aftermarket junk), quality people and may other items. It is not just a pass-through, but an actual investigation. Also, frequent checks to be sure they uphold the high standards demanded by AAA. Had them do a 40,000 mile check on my Hyundai (belts, fluids etc), total bill was very fair. Not a backyard business but clean bays and office area. Friendly and helpful folks to deal with - and most import seem to be very honest.

He walked me through everything that was wrong and was able to quickly get the work done. Unfortunately there ended up being bigger issues where I needed to tow my car to the dealership where I bought it. Sean made sure to keep me updated on the tow. Poor diagnostic. Replaced unnecessary parts. Left vehicle interior greasy . Didn't meet deadline as promised. EXPENSIVE ! BEWARE! Faulty starter replacement was not as promised. Photo attached is the alleged "refurbished" starter from NAPA vs an actual refurbished starter from NAPA, does this look refurbished to you? Also, if they don't like your review Sean will call and harass you to change it. SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!

I would not recommend this shop based on repeated bad experiences. Between my car and my daughter’s car, they have caused problems three separate times after working on our vehicles. Each visit resulted in new issues that were not present before the service. We trusted this shop to fix our vehicles and instead left with more repairs needed than when we arrived. At this point, the pattern is too consistent to ignore. Whether it’s carelessness, lack of skill, or poor quality control, the outcome has been the same: damaged vehicles and wasted time and money. Steer clear if you value your car and don’t want it made worse by the people working on it.

I brought my SUV in to have it inspected & to get an estimate for a rear passenger strut. After observing the test drive, the way my vehicle was handled gave me some concern about the level of care being taken from the start. I was then told my brakes were “about to cut into the rotors” & needed immediate replacement, along with a written estimate of $1,839.37 that included brakes & rear quick strut assemblies. After replacing the brakes myself, the old pads still had approximately 5–7 mm of material remaining (replacement is typically recommended around 3 mm), meaning they were about halfway worn & not even close to causing rotor damage. The shop also recommended full quick strut assemblies priced at nearly $400 each, which is significantly higher than typical market pricing, with no indication of broken springs or mount failure & no lower-cost options presented. The urgency around the brakes & the parts pricing created unnecessary pressure & pricing. I highly recommend asking for actual measurements & written documentation of wear or failure of any parts before approving major repairs here. I will definitely not be back!

I called them at 1pm on a Saturday. They told me come in they will scan my truck and make sure the issue is resolved. Turns out my truck was ½ a quart low from an oil change I got elsewhere. When I asked how much I owe the gentleman smile and told me nothing. This was the best experience they were kind, fast, and took amazing care of me and my truck. Went to them thinking something was wrong with my starter.. and I appreciate that they didn’t take advantage and tell me I needed a new starter. They let me know everything was fine but recommended a tune up being that I didn’t know when the last one was. And I’m so glad they did because now my car is running much better which I took as it definitely did need a tune up!! Very satisfied! Will be going to them for my brakes soon!!

I'm a first-time car owner and my Nissan had a sudden issue where the engine was rattling as I drove and my gas pedal was acting strange. I felt very nervous about taking it on the highway to get to work and on Saturday it completely stopped moving while I was at a red light so I knew I had to take it to a mechanic as soon as possible. I was freaking out because I rely on my car to get to uni and work, so I looked around the area and gave this one a shot based on the reviews of this shop. I called them up on that very same day and they said I could drop it off. After doing so, they found and explained what the issue was very quickly and informed me how much it would cost and how quickly they could get it done; it is now Monday and my car is working well and was greatly cared for! I am incredibly grateful for their transparency, responsiveness and efficiency at fixing it up and will definitely be returning in the future if I have any auto issues.

Coming out of a bad big name dealership experience it was nice to come to a smaller local dealership. Sean treated me with kindness and respect, was open to negotiating and allowed me all the time I needed to make a decision. I took my x5 to Your Automotive to get a downpipe, charge pipe, intercooler, and BOV installed, and these guys absolutely killed it. Customer service is excellent and the quality of their work is even better. They really know their stuff. What stood out the most is how far they went to help me when I ran into an issue trying to flash a tune. They didn’t just shrug it off they spent the time to actually troubleshoot and figure out what was going on. That level of effort is rare. Highly recommend this shop. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
