AJ was very professional, explained the issue clearly, and recommended the necessary repair. He even offered me a discount, which I truly appreciated since it’s an expensive service. I had taken my car to someone I trusted. They fixed everything but the problem. All I was told was to bring it back in… for the third time. A friend recommended RB. With in 2 hours the problem was diagnosed plus other things that really should be fixed and doing it now would save me money. Got it back the next day. Lo and Behold it was fixed!!!! And they found some small seal leaks but said they want to revisit it in 6 months They are my new mechanic

AJ And Paul were a pleasure to work with. Fast, knowledgable, and friendly! They took the time to listen to me when my car was having an intermittent suspension noise. Where other shops wanted me to throw thousands at it until it was "fixed", the RB team isolated my issue and fixed in with in one day for a solid price. Highly recommend them for for BMW vehicles and customer service.

These guys have always done a great job, I saw them first with their special to change the oil, but when I had a sensor go out for my tire pressure, they gave me the lowest quote to fix it. They always try to do the best job. One time they overfilled my oil on a oil change, it was not by much, perhaps a quarter inch, so I asked them to fix it and they did right then and there. I don't think you'll get better customer service anywhere then from r&b Auto service.

Setting up the appointment was easy and they showed me directly, while the car was on the lift, things that were good and things possibly needing attention. I always think I receive great service at RB Auto. It’s easy to contact them, easy to schedule the work and they are very friendly. My questions get answered, I receive helpful recommendations and, with service that is not exactly necessary or perhaps optional, I get sound advice. I never get home with my car and discover something wasn’t done or left partially done. Glad RB Auto was recommended to me.

Have been using RBAuto for a few years for my F-150 and two Corvettes. I was always a "go-to-the-dealership" car owner. But that all changed about five years ago, when I discovered RB Auto! Their services are helpful, dependable, convenient, and fairly priced. They regularly serviced my 2013 Corvette after she went out of warranty, and since I lost her to Hurricane Helene, AJ has been very helpful in advising me with my newest baby (my 8th Corvette) a beautiful 1976 Stingray. I highly recommend this super-friendly and knowledgeable service group! 26Aug2025 Just finished up with all of the suggested repairs, re-furbish updates to my 1976 Corvette, and RB Auto and AJ and his crew did not disappoint! They have been so awesome in bringing this "old girl" back to life, and such a joy and highlight in our over-all re-building after Hurricane Helene! Thank you, thank you, thank you for the honesty, professionalism, and keeping me abreast of the on-going details throughout this process! I highly recommend RB Auto--the BEST service center I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of Corvette ownership!

I’ve consistently had great experiences with RB Auto. Most recently, they flushed and replaced my brake fluid and were completely honest about the rest of the inspection. They told me my brake pads were still in a healthy range and did not need to be replaced yet. That kind of transparency goes a long way with me. In the past, they’ve always taken great care of my car, and I leave every visit feeling confident that the work was done well and that I was clearly informed about what actually needs attention versus what can wait. I never feel pressured into excessive or unnecessary work. Russell is a wealth of knowledge and spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone walking through my car’s current mileage, maintenance priorities, and where I’d get the best return on investment long-term.
