Fair and honest service. Have used Pat’s for 3 years now for service as they were recommended to me. They are always my first call but have referred me elsewhere when needed and deferred service that wasn’t needed at the time. They do a great job with communications, which is so important but not what happens at other shops. I’ve recommended them to friends and co-workers who have all been very happy as well.

This place is amazing. I was told to go to them when no shop would work on my old vehicle. They took it in and fixed it right away. I've been going back ever since. They have now worked on two of my vehicles. Best place in town, they will NOT take advantage of you.

Editing to say that while they are nice, they lied about what needed to be fixed/replaced. Got a second AND third opinion. They would have charged me an extra almost $400 to replace my rotors that didn’t need to be replaced. Car wouldn’t start this morning, so I had it towed here and they diagnosed and fixed it the same day. Steve was extremely kind on the phone and in person. Great communication as well. Thank you guys for everything!

Being a woman, sometimes you get overcharged and they definitely did not do that to me , If anything that helped me out . I got it back the same day and they were very honest and the price was great! I cannot say enough good things about Pat's Automotive, Steve's commitment to customer service is exceptional. The technician couldn't pinpoint the cause of a suspension klunk, Steve advised that it was most likely a upper strut mount after checking all components to assure my safety but couldn't confirm it. I applaud the fact that he didn't just try to sell me something. When the klunk shows itself more often I will return and have them recheck things. I did receive an estimate so I can plan on replacement when needed. I've taken by car and truck to Pats several times and have always been pleased. All staff are kind and understanding. I brought my car in for an oil change and repair. They checked my entire vehicle and I needed some additional repairs with my breaks that were missed by the company who did my previous oil changes. I highly recommend this auto shop. My brother in law referred me to them. The employees are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was from out of town and my air conditioning condenser had broken. It was very important that I get it repaired before an 8 Hour drive back to Atlanta. They did not have an appointment time available before my return trip home, but Steve worked my car in and did the repairs quickly and efficiently. Their prices are very fair, and I believe they are one of the most trustworthy auto repair shops I have been to in the last 10 years. Its hard to find this type of service now-a-days. Steve is super, Reid too, but their help? They replaced my headlamp and left the headlight mounting bolt and clip, (yes, the screwdriver too) under the hood? Imagine the future of the automotive service industry in professional hands as this. Just one of the many reasons why I cannot leave a 5 star review, or rest in my quest in finally finding a competent garage in the area.

I took my (older) car in because my cruise control had stopped working. We set up a day for them to diagnose the problem. Well, it turns out that it was just a connection came loose. (Sounded like a bad design by Chevy.) Pat's Automotive found the problem, fixed it and didn't even charge me a dime. Good work by good people. This is an auto shop that you can trust! My truck was diagnosed by another shop as having an oil leak thru the engine rear main seal which was causing rough idling. Pats inspected the truck an discovered the valve cover and the intake manifold gaskets were at fault. After a 5 hour job scheduled for the very next day, the truck is now performing flawlessly. Excellent job, will definitely go back to pats for any other problem with any f my vehicles
