Not sure if I was unlucky but tried them for my photo inspection but nothing good. Their listed number goes to a voicemail and instructs only works for text; no answer from txt and I went there in person and they were just rude and unhelpful.

eric from nocera auto and collision has to be the best mechanic that i have ever done business with and there have been quite a few through the years. he's honest, his prices are fair, and he doesnt try to sell you repairs that you dont need and the repairs that are done are done properly. he goes above and beyond. for him it isnt just a matter of doing a repair and getting paid. he wants you to come back when services are needed again. long term customers are what he strives for, not a quick buck. i have also witnessed the attention to detailed perfection that goes in to his autobody repairs. it is with out a doubt top notch. his shop is my first choice, actually my only choice for all things automotive.

Eric asked a few questions looked af my car nd was able to diagnose the real problem(s) 1. AC condenser! And a leak in the coolant system. After new parts were placed in there was a issue within the relay box; issue was not very clear initially but Eric was patient and got my car functioning as new

WOW, what a breathe of fresh air! I called Nocera Auto Repair and Collision and spoke to Eric and he was able to review the damage within about 5 mins! He took the car on the spot, and provided a quote and was SUPER SUPER honest. (Seems to be a rare quality these days! ) He was patient and did not oversell me; he told me exactly what to do and told me the benefits of either option. I would strongly recommend him to anyone as he and his business are a class act in the neighborhood. He did the work the same day and was finished within 3 hrs! Very happy with the results.

I have to say, as a car guy, it's hard for me to trust anyone with my truck. But these guys are by far the most competent mechanics in Brooklyn who pay attention to details. I went to several transmission shops for the transmission on my truck because I figured it was a specialty issue. After being told multiple times that i needed a new transmission or solenoids, i went to Nocera, and they did some troubleshooting and didn't jump to conclusions and figured out the problem which saved me a ton of money. It's a family owned business, and that was another draw for me. Support small family owned businesses. They will always be my first choice to get the job done right no matter what the problem is.
