2014 freightliner cascadia installed air horns map sensor new shocks and ball joints check engine light was on and changed windshield and installed a new power inverter check the whole truck and it was inspected but I will do business again no hesitation ooh yea taking my trailer there to get brakes and inspected I will review that as well they are very inventive very fast to answer any question and yes I approve this message #truprincetruckingllc

I went in to have a simple p.m. done on my freightliner cascadia. For those that don't know what that is, it consist of an oil change, filters and greasing the joints. Cost me $780.00. The freightliner dealership only charges $325.00. Needless to say, NEVER AGAIN!

I have an Elliot boom / bucket truck that had stopped working on the field and I was able to bring it back down using an over ride. Next day I looked around and decided to try these guys out . I called in the morning they told me I can bring it right in . An hour later I was there with the truck they got right on it. It started to drizzle and then rain but PATRICK kept on going . My truck got the attention that I would expect on a million dollar truck which they also sell but my truck is only 100,000$! Patrick is the man. My truck is working again . I have a job tonight .... life is good again.

I looked this place up on Google. When I called I talked to a man named Richie. Richie was very professional, he referred me to a towing company that responded within one hour of my call. The towing company was reasonably priced, and towed me to Tri State Truck and Trailer Repair. My repairs are pending and I will submit another review once everything is completed. I had a fuel injector problem with my 2011 Volvo. Frank supervised and diagnosed the problem. Now here’s the great part, instead of automatically recommending a complete new six pack install, he found that mine were not installed correctly, leading to my hard to start and stalling issues. So bottom line for me is, if you're in need of a good NY City shop, give these guys a call.

Brought my Kenworth 2017 to this location for an Inspection sticker, and was told I needed my breaks replaced in order to pass the Inspection. Paid an extremely hight price for the new breaks, and then my Driver gets 2 miles away and the check engine light comes on. I call the shop, and their response, “Oh, bring the truck back to the shop, we would love to fix it for you, we’ll even give you a discount”. Why would I bring my Truck back to a place that purposely sabotaged it in order to get more business? STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY.

Guys here do a professional Job. I bought my late model truck here for repairs and these are the experts for truck repairs. I’m extremely happy 😃 with their quality and service. Prices match quality and are decent for NYC area. Will definitely do business here again. If you have truck 🛻 problems, these guys will definitely get it repaired the right way with real quality parts. I see some 1 star reviews here, I think it’s BS. Apart from complete mechanic work, you can trust them with electrical work and custom HYDRAULIC HOSES. Hope this was a helpful review.

This is a great place to have work done at!! The negative reviews are absolutely wrong and unfair. The people are very nice, fair, friendly, knowledgeable, and the mechanics are great and go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place. I broke down and got towed here. They had a place waiting for me to park me when I arrived. They went above and beyond to diagnose the problem right away, order parts, and got them very fast and fixed my equipment as fast and as well as humanly possible. They are fair and reasonable on pricing and will give you an accurate estimate up front. Yes, it's on a small New York street, but what business isn't in New York. They make the best of what they have and do their absolute best to accommodate anyone who needs work done. Again, don't trust the negative reviews made by dishonest people. I highly recommend this place!!

Sent a truck over for inspection 3 times, they charged all three times $45. The two times the truck went over they charged me to tell me my lights were out so it didn’t pass. Not once in the two visits did they give a NYS DMV Inspection Report. Only on the third visit when the truck finally passed I received the inspection report and on the inspection report it said initial inspection. When I called to complain they lied about the inspections being performed. This place is a scam. Don’t know how they’re still in business. There’s a reason this business is rated a 3.4
