Great experience with Norm Reeves Huntington Beach. We purchased a 2026 Honda CRV and from start to finish the process was smooth and easy! Our sales advisor Sam was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to show us all the features. Joe Rodriguez is an excellent General Manager who gave us a great price and great trade in value. Even the finance manager Bashar was the best I have ever dealt with. After seriously feeling ripped off at other dealers, Bashar restored my faith and really made us feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Norm Reeves HB and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. The only negative I have is that it was late and my wife didn’t get to take a photo on the red carpet with the big blue bow! Maybe next time! Thank you to the entire team!

Our service advisor (Benito) is extremely knowledgeable about how to maintain an automobile and assure its performance to meet customer expectations. We have four car and he has helped us for the past 15 years. When repairs are needed he definitely understands the trouble shooting and proper repair procedures. What an unpleasant experience. I bought 2025 honda pilot 6 months back, I have all the recommended warranties and extended service contracts, but when you need them the answer will be sorry it is not covered. They will explain something and make you sign something totally different. What a bad experience.

I had such a good service experience here. I was helped by Benito Torres and he was really helpful and friendly. He also was able to inform me that I had purchased oil changes when I first bought my car through something called Honda Care (I had been taking my car somewhere else) and which is going to be saving me money for at least another few years. Besides that, the service was done well and fast. I’ll definitely be coming to this location in the future.

I have 2015 Honda Pilot and some lights popped up for the engine and transmission- took it to my service person at Note Reeves HB Honda dealership- service person Clayton E. Worked with me through the whole process along with the mechanics- they advised what was going on with my car and asked me what I wanted to move forward with - this was a team effort with customer and repair shop - all worked out at the end and I was very happy with the work and the discussion we had as a team - I would recommend this type of service for customers that want to be involved with there cars upkeep- Norm Reeves Honda in HB did a fantastic job

Honestly, when looking into upgrading my car I was very discouraged by the dealership near my house (Ocean Honda Whittier). They provided many options but I was just not content with any of the options provided to me, mind you I’ve bought two of my cars there. It took me a while to come and see Gilbert Ruiz for that reason but I finally came in on on 12/22 & it was the best decision ever! Gilbert was very informative & helpful, showed me all my options, and worked his magic to get me into a 2024 Honda CRV EX. You can tell he cared and made sure to take care of me. so I took my car for service and oil change which should be free of charge and of course they claim i needed a filter that cost over a hundred so I said no I will change myself, however when I went to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day , I kid you not my vehicle stunk so bad like bo I could not get rid of the order they left in in I feel like whoever worked on it possibly doesn't believe in taking showers that is terrible I called and to let them know however never got a return call I feel like hygiene is important if your working as a mechanic you should consider your inside someone else's new car please don't leave your personal odor. I was so mad it took a whole day to get rid of the stink from my car I have never experienced anything like this. please have your professional mechanics to take showers. remember you are in someone else's vehicle that will be returned. also they worked on a recall to the steering wheel system which now they left my dash still part open you can see it wasn't put back together properly that is going to cost me time and another trip back to the dealership.

I want to say this is location is exceptional. I really felt like they value all there customer's not just one or another. I saw multiple people helping different guest. Managers engaging with customer's making sure they are having a great experience and are meeting there individual standards. Mitchell the manager working with me was absolutely delightful, graceful but most of all transparent and he showed me everything I was asking on paper and multiple back in fourth and he showed me multiple opportunities on 2 v vehicles. He wasn't impatient or flustered like other dealerships had made me feel. As a women I wasn't treated any less which to me is very important because dealerships usually try and bamboozle or think women are dumb and cant read or know how to make a good deal. I absolutely felt valued as a customer. I saw a man that had gone to a different dealership and came back and they still worked on a better offer for him on the car he wanted from a sister location. I am absolutely 💯 satisfied with the way this location conducted business to reach every need for individual customers and mine. I will say come SEE FOR YOURSELF AND ASK FOR MITCHELL!!!!! HE WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN EVEY STEP OF THE WAY.
