North Fulton Auto Center has been an honest and dependable place for us with all of our cars. Realizing a car that I brought in with an issue may still be under warranty with the dealer, they picked up the phone and called the dealer to find out! I ended up getting the issue resolved for free at the dealer. They are that honest! Their communication is stellar - always letting us know promptly when something has been diagnosed and giving accurate estimates of the time and cost to repair. They have been more than patient when I was delayed picking my car up once and always communicate with friendliness. I think it's hard to find a mechanic shop this trustworthy, so I am grateful we have!

I was referred to NFAC by another customer of theirs who spoke so highly of them. Now I know why. They are very friendly and professional and have now taken care of a few issues for me. They are very up front about their pricing, which is way better than the dealership, and they are very thorough in explaining what the repairs will entail. They really took the time recently to resolve a problem with my AC that was a bit difficult to diagnose due to it being intermittent. They did a great job finding and fixing the issue.

Having decades of factory & third-party auto servicing, I can say that NFAC is second-to-none. Brian & Charles are true professionals. I could tell when I walked into the client waiting area and toured the clean & organized shop. I had a few quirky MB issues that others were unable permanently address - now done. Also to their credit, they tell you if something should be repaired right away, or it’s fine to wait & see, with your best interest in mind. Five star performance in my experience.

The rack and pinion on my 2009 Subaru had a leak and I took it to two repair shops and they could not find and repair the leak. Charlie and his guys looked at, found the leak and repaired it in short order. The job was completed on time, exactly the same cost as the estimate and even has a two year warranty! These folks are knowledgeable, considerate, and don't play games with their work or their pricing. I brought in a 1984 Mercedes 380sl. The info I left on the note with the key (dropped off after hours) was "does not run, please help." They have very reasonable labor rates, given the caliber of their work, and don't try to find reasons to add to the bill (they will list issues, but not press the point if you deny them for the time being). Most importantly, they got my dream car up and running again, and I am beyond pleased by this!
