I love going into Northern. I feel like a kid in a candy store. There are so many neat to have tool items, I want one of each. I saw a lot of associates in the store, but they all seemed to have other priorities than helping a lost customer. I finally found what I was looking for. At the checkout was the nicest lady. I am sorry I didn't catch her name, she was a little bit older than most of the other associates. She was fun to talk to and very helpful. I am so used to an extremely crowded facility, this place seemed empty. Thanks for being there when I needed something.

I had to part with my pressure washer for service for a couple of weeks which was incredibly painful as a business owner. However, during this time Allen did everything in his power to keep me updated and to get me fixed up faster than any other store in the area. To top off an already great experience, he took time out of his day to explain to me how I could better safeguard my equipment from breakdowns in the future. I couldn't be more impressed. It's a little out of my way, but way worth it. I'll be shopping here, and getting my repairs done here going forward. Thank you Allen!

I found what I was looking for online, said they had three in stock. I showed up and looked around and couldn't find them. Asked an employee and they told me where they were. Found them and there was indeed three in stock. The gentleman that helped me find what I was looking for and the counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The store was well organized and clean, very presentable. Very nice experience. 👍🏻

Thus far I have only purchased items online and prior to that via mail order catalog and I have NO complaints. Every item I've bought was reasonably priced and of high quality. Every purchase was sent promptly and arrived in good condition. I have not had any customer satisfaction problems with this company but I am of the opinion if there was an issue with a product "They" would not hesitate to resolve the matter satisfactorily.

Internet said the product was in stock. It was not. Even after leaving, I checked the Internet again. The information on the Internet was incorrect. The fact that the product was not there not only cost me travel time, and aggravation, but the coupon I was going to use would not be valid the next day, nor was it valid online. Usually I am happy with Northern Tool, but not today.

Got to love this place, wishing they were a bit closer. Wasted my day looking for parts at closer tool places but of course they were out of stock or don't carry. Went to Northern tools and bingo - they carry it and its in stock. Folks that work there are so friendly and can lead you right to the part.

Managers Greg and Evan were awesome today! My broken lawnmower, which had been sitting in their repair shop for nearly a year due to the manufacture part being on back order, just replaced it with a new lawnmower when I arrived to take it unfixed and they discovered a former employee marked it “unfixable” and it was disposed of. I am very pleased with their solution, which I did not need to even ask for! I will definitely be giving Northern Tool my business in the future!
