i have only ordered one set of items from them, it came packaged extremely well, even though the gorillas at UPS tried they did not damage the contents. To me the items seem a bit pricey but i guess its in check with inflation. they are very consistent with communication and don't leave you hanging on your status. over all very satisfied.
