Worst paint job I’ve ever seen in my life out of a shop. I could have done better with a spray can. It was so bad they had to knock money off the total. A bunch of unprofessional amateurs and roger was the worst one of all, total disappointment, lesson learned, never again. The only thing they were good at was making worthless excuses for everything. I don’t even understand how they can stay in business, go figure. *update* now barely after just 2 months, the paint job they put on that should last like 20 years is already peeling, I have the pics but they’re too embarrassing to post, however I will post if someone really wants to see them. I now have to have a real paint shop fix their work, northwest paint was a total waste of time and money. They should be wearing ski-masks cuz I got robbed.

I picked up my truck yesterday and it looks like it did when I drove it from the dealer 13 years ago. Very professional and high quality work. I had my first accident and was referred to this shop by my insurance company. When I arrived everyone was friendly , answered all my questions and explained the process They even gave me a courtesy ride to the nearest car rental store. My repairs took 4 days and when I picked up my vehicle I was in shocked . My car looked brand new. Like nothing happened to it. I will definitely be coming back and referring my friends and family.
