We called Mike with a question about a busted head gasket that we were informed needed to be replaced by an oil change shop. He asked us many questions and based on our situation, informed us the findings were likely normal. And that we probably didn't need the repair at this time. We were extremely impressed by his honesty and integrity. If we do need work done on our vehicle we will definitely call him as he seems very trustworthy!

After moving to the Denver area and having vehicle issues I had the terrible experience of finding a few bad mechanics before I got lucky and found Mike. He's a fantastic person who will treat you like family. He is incredibly knowledgeable and communicates exceptionally well. I will not be going to another location to service any of my vehicles as long as he is in business since he genuinely cares, and always provides excellent service at an affordable and competitive price. Mike at Novick automotive is the definition of an honest mechanic.

I own a van rental business with a fleet of 25 vehicles that I've been happily taking to Mike at Novick Automotive for almost 2 years. In the past I have used many different shops to maintain my vehicles. In my experience most shops start out good but go downhill after a while. Since Mike has been taking care of my vehicles, his shop is the only one I've been going to. He is upfront and honest about his work and very transparent and affordable. Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly. We took our 2014 Chevrolet Silverado in and got a new transmission, and he helped out with a bunch of other things that needed to be done that had been neglected for some time. Novick Automotive is a perfect example of what customer service should be. I had a check engine light on in my car and Jeep told me I would have to leave my car for 7-10 days in order to run a diagnostic test, even though I had an appointment. I went to Novick without an appointment and within 20 minutes they ran the diagnostic, told me what was wrong and looked up what part was needed from Jeep. Unfortunately, I could not have the car repaired due to the timing of the part coming in and my leaving to go back to Arizona. I was so surprised that they looked at my car rght away and in the end did not charge me again. Next time I am back in the Denver area and I need anything done to my car, I will be going to Novick.

Mike is a solid human and mechanic! Kind and professional. Feel like I got super lucky with this find. It's hard to find trustworthy humans when you have to take your vehicle to the mechanic shop. I live in my van full time and had a brake pad break loose (I We thought it was a wheel bearing) he squeeze me in 3 days early and got it done smoothly with direct communication and insite in the issue. Couldnt recommend these people more! 15/10 for sure.

Honest, fairly priced and willing to try things to make it work. After using his services multiple times, I trust Mike more than my doctor, LOL. I received a list of issues & a $3000 repair quote from another independent, for my older car, but Mike was able to show that those "issues" weren't real. Modern vehicles can be tricky to diagnose. Knowing Mike's perseverance, I know my vehicle is in safe hands.

The Best!!!!!!!!!!!! Novick Automotive is the best auto repair shop in the Denver metro area. Mike and DJ are great people and exceptional mechanics. They are honest, knowledgeable, and helpful in all aspects. It will only take one experience to realize that you never want to take your vehicle any place else. I have had a radiator replaced, rear shocks installed, a blown out spark plug repaired, vacuum leak repaired, a tune up done, and other repairs completed. All the repairs have been excellent work and smooth experiences. You will not be disappointed if you bring your vehicle to Novick Automotive.
