Dwayne and Daymond were exceptional. The threads on one of the studs for my tires stripped out when they were replacing the tires and they fixed it with no issues. Still finished before the alotted time they had for the repairs. 10/10 customer service

Hello, I stopped by NTB today to get an oil change and tires rotated. I was truly impressed that at 4:00 pm they actually allowed me to bring my car in, and they had the vehicle ready and repaired before 6:00 pm. I was blown away! It turned out, that I actually needed two new tires. I would just like to say that the customer service at NTB (Location at 1640 Carl D. Silver) is absolutely wonderful! The Staff was very Professional, Friendly, and Eager to help me. I personally would like to Thank Damon and the young man that worked on my vehicle. In the year of 2025 it is really hard to experience GREAT customer service, but THATS exactly what I experienced today at NTB! Please keep up the amazing service. I thought Chick-fil-A had wonderful service, but it doesn’t TOUCH NTB CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!

I just have to give a huge shout-out to Kenny and the team at NTB Tire & Service Center on 1640 Carl D Silver Pkwy. I had an appointment at the NTB across the street, but they couldn’t get my oil change done. Frustrated, I came over here and wow — what a difference! Kenny was beyond helpful, so kind and friendly. He made me feel taken care of from the second I walked in, and the team got me right in and out with no hassle. They truly went above and beyond, and I can’t thank them enough. If you’re looking for a place that treats you right and gets the job done, this is it. 5 stars all the way!

I was hesitant coming to this place because the one by Best Buy tried to overcharge to do an oil change two years ago, but if you need anything done to your car, please come here and ask for Andre or Wayne. Addressed my concerns and did an alignment/balance and shock/joint check after I hit a pothole same day. I am anal about my vehicle since its how I get to work, and am always super appreciative when a location takes the time to listen and look properly. Alignment was touched up, i paid and I was on my happy way. Usually go to NTB for weekend emergencies, and probably will continue with the rest of the fleet moving foward

Store manager Damien and Andre located at store #4543 are the absolute best. I went to NTB store #4542 first and the NTB assistant Aaron was very unprofessional and rude. I came in to replace/fix my flat tire and he told me straight up he was busy and to go across the street. I mentioned I was a law enforcement officer, showed proof, and I was still was denied service. I’m not sure if It was because of the color of my skin due to me being an African American male and/or being a Law Enforcement Officer. I went over to NTB store #4543 and throughout the service , the assistant Andre and manger Damien were respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and the service was impeccable. I thought about taking my business elsewhere if it wasn’t for the Andre and Damien. Thank you NTB store #4543 for earring my business and to store manager Damien and assistant Andre , thank you for you service if you are prior military.

Damon and Steve are absolutely amazing. This is my 3rd time working with them for my car. They've done my tires and my brakes and rotors and today I blew a tire on my way home. Made it to the shop and they were on it. What was estimated to take x amount of time only took about 45 minutes (less than 1/3rd what we had thought. Every time I'm here they get me done right and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Definitely recommend!
