Wasted basically my entire day to do an inspection. I came at 11:30 they told me it would take an hour so I waited. Time went by and they had given me no updates but people kept coming in asking for inspections and the man at the front continued to tell them it'll be an hour. I watched them take my keys to the back at 2:00 to bring my car around into the shop. By 2:30 they had given me my car back. Instead of telling everyone an hour maybe just be honest and say it will be about 3 to 4 hours. This business lacks integrity and time management.

Went for a state inspection and when I got there they said it would take 30 minutes. I ended up waiting for well over 2 hours. Also when it was finished there were scratches on my side mirror and a chip gone that I think were not there before inspection.

Me and my boyfriend brought his car in to get a loaded steering knuckle replaced as well as a tie rod brakes rotors and regular maintenance. They charged us for the work but never preformed the work. The wheel on the car almost fell off the vehicle. There was no oil in the car and all parts that “were” replaced where all original to the car rusted on and damaged. When I went to speak with them about what they did to fix it they gave me an attitude and told me that I never brought the vehicle to them and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. I had the receipt from them in my hand as well as bank statements stating it was paid. My boyfriend commutes from dahlgren to south point almost every day and could have been in a severe accident that could have in turn hurt other people just because of the negligence of this shop. Mind you the owner has been shut down numerous times before due to this negligence issue. They are not reliable nor are they trustworthy. Do not bring your vehicle to them unless you don’t care about your safety. They are corrupt and they scam you out of your money.

Very very unreliable place they lie about the amount of time it takes of needing something done I had been waiting here for 6 hours just to get one single axel fixed on my car . That is completely unacceptable. They take advantage of younger people especially of females . 💯 they skip over you even if you were hear first they put your car aside to work on everyone else’s car while I have to sit hear and wait but I have been here for hours ! Do not come hear this place is a SCAM !!
