let me start off with this, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! i brought my 2018 BMW 530e (hybrid) to them because my hybrid system was having some issues and BMW wanted to charge me an arm and a leg! not only did the mechanic fix my car for a fraction of the cost, he did it in less time than BMW quoted me. these hybrid specialists KNOW what they're doing. highly recommend bring all my cars here, hybrid or not. 5 months later and my car is not having any issues at all!

Purchased a 2005 Hybrid Ford Escape with no knowledge of Hybrids. We felt it was a complete loss but word on the street is there is an amazing shop that works solely on Hybrid Vehicles in Fredericksburg VA. We had to get the vehicle towed to his shop and Mohammed reassured us we would get it back in a few days and reasonably priced. He didn’t just let us fail, he worked diligently to try to suite our needs. I have to say Mohammed was trustworthy, personable and made us feel as though our prayers had been answered with the knowledge and confidence he carries…if you call around to other shops they will make you feel hopeless, so look no further because Route 17 is the answer to all of your Hybrid problems, needs and solutions. Mike and Louie are life savers! I got my brakes changed at jiffy lube this morning and they didn't put the bolts and screws on right and my caliper came out of my car I got it towed to route 17 and they got it fixed within an hour and a half. They were fast proficient very professional and very kind to me answer my children. I definitely recommend them!

I just waited several hours for a jump start after my insurance company contacted them for roadside assistance and not only did I attempt contact, my insurance company tried to contact them while I was on the phone and it kept getting "disconnected". The system kept updating the ETA to my house with it finally saying they were 11 minutes away and yet no one ever tried to call me or text. I was home with my car in my driveway. I got a text asking if my service was completed. I replied no and when my insurance called, Route 17 Auto had written they tried to call and text me and I never replied to them. I was just told this is a way to get paid by the insurance company. I am losing an entire days work. What a bunch of BS. I don't know if this is one driver or the entire company.

Horrible company!! They took the job through our Progressive Road Side Assistance request. They had the ETA scheduled for 30 minutes to 1 hour. No phone call or any communication from them and when I called them after it had been 2 hours, the guy who answered the phone gave vague answers and said the driver would call me and he hung up on me. 30 minutes later, no call from either the driver or the dispatcher. Called the company again and they refused to answer the phone. Took another 45 minutes after that for a driver to show up (he was amazing) but I wouldn't use this company again if my life depended on it. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company for them to be dropped as a contract for their towing services. You have been warned!!

This mechanic is great. They are honest, accommodating and friendly. I had a really great experience with them and the problem with my car was gone even after I had it in so many other shops and the problem kept coming back the same day I will hundred percent recommend.
