Long story short… Had 4 tires mounted and balanced and had to return to get 2 of the 4 corrected. Why they didn’t check all 4??? They broke a TPMS sensor and they couldn’t reset the TPMS system. Was told to go somewhere else to get it checked like it was not a big deal. Waste of time and money!!

Made an appointment took my car in for A.C. diagnosis and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong. I had to find transportation so my children and I didn’t have to sit and wait 3 hours because I was told that was my wait time even with a schedule appointment… when they called to me tell me they didn’t know what it was, the guy clearly didn’t even have my a report to go off of. His words: “sorry I didn’t prepare for this.” Me simply asking for estimates. He told me my compressor was fine but on my invoice said completely different. Everything on the report but one thing was wrong and I was already aware of the ONE thing that was right in the report! Yes, I felt some type of way to be charged $60. I never got an actual diagnosis. The told me they didn’t know and it’s not like they would have time because it’s almost closing time and he did have a driver for parts. (I’m assuming)😑. My caps that go to my A.C. I found after getting home they were left under the hood not even attached luckily. Needless to say I was not charged. Took the car to my dad, it was a fuse and needed to be charged! I do not recommend for any A.C problems.

easily the best experience i’ve had at an auto shop. Matthew at the front desk was very kind walking through my options. In fact, the whole staff was pleasant, and i was never upsold on anything. The whole procedure was done within an hour. Very satisfied with my service.

Took my car in for an alignment and was told I need struts on front end and right lower control arm for passenger front had the work done brought my car back in to get an alignment when it time to make a payment I was told they aligned my front perfect and my left driver rear perfect but my left passenger could not be aligned due to rust so I ask why wasn’t this noticed when I first came in to have my car checked and I got what was told I needed fixed on my car by the mechanic the guy checking me out ask for my payment and told me I have 30 days to come back and get Another alignment . Horrible no consultation during service just a half a Alignment once in a payment terrible

Ron is great. I appreciated his kindness & honesty. Pep Boys Corporate needs to correct the website scheduling function. I scheduled for new tires that were “in stock” to be installed. I called the store on Friday to verify the time of my appointment. I’m so glad I did. The tires were in stock however they were in their warehouse & deliveries from the warehouse don’t occur on the weekend. But Ron was very helpful & explained the disconnect. We rescheduled for Monday. The process was easy and it took just under 2 hours. My only criticism is the waiting area is within the storage area (where the tires are stored). I got a headache and opted to wait outside for a while until I couldn’t take the heat any longer. I did appreciate that they’re a company that gives back to Military & Veterans by way of a discount. Awesome 👏 🇺🇸 I will be back in the future. Thanks again!

I usually do not write a bad review however PEPBOYS is the exception. Over a year ago in July we brought our durango in for a simple wheel balance and left with more damage done. When we took the vehicle back to be corrected, the issue wasn’t resolved. They never provided a service work order for the correction. The first problem was the missing and broken-loose lug nuts/bolts. Dangerous. Even more dangerous was the loose wheel axle. That was my first and last experience as a PEPBOYS customer. The overall customer service from the “service men” is alarming.

When I got there for my 1:30pm appointment to install 4 new tires on my truck they were not aware of my appointment time and explained that another employee put in the end time and not the actual appointment time. The guy that helped me seemed frustrated and that set the tone. Then it took a little over 2 hours for him to complete installation of my tires. I made him aware that I was keeping my old tires prior to installation however it wasn’t until I got him e that I realized that I was charged the tire handling fee. Not really happy at all and will not be going back to this location again.

My center console was broken and my radio stuck on Spanish music and now can’t use it. All I went in for was 4 tires and a battery and waited 2.5 hours and when it was done my center console was snapped in half and the radio messed up and won’t work anymore. Thought I found a good place to get my car serviced but now out 150 for a center console and now have to pay to get my radio fixed

I went in yesterday to this location for an oil change and a tire rotation, I also asked them to put air in the tires. They did my oil change but didn't do my tire rotation. When I left yesterday I verified with them that they put air in the tires because my vehicle was still letting me know that the same back tires needed air but they said they had. I trusted their word and they at least rotated the tires. I hadn't realized until today that my tires were in fact not rotated because the one tire that was different from the others was still on the same front passenger side. The only reason I noticed was because my car was still saying air was low in the back two tires. So i decided to check if they had even been rotated, and sure enough they hadn't. I go back and notify them that they weren't rotated and the guy went to the back to ask the staff about it, and they didn't deny it. So I was charged for a service that hadn't been done and they just didn't care. When he told me it would be an hour wait i just decided to get a refund because I couldn't wait that long and honestly I didn't want them working on my car after the dishonesty in their work. To top it off, I had change in my door handle before I went in and now it's gone. I'm not worried about petty change but it's sad that I felt scammed going here.

I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys! Derrick was wonderful — he clearly explained the cost of all repairs before starting any work and made sure there were no surprises. His friendly attitude and “service with a smile” made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate that Pep Boys honors our military service members and provides such respectful, efficient service. I was back on the road in a reasonable amount of time, and everything was done professionally. Highly recommend Pep Boys and a special thanks to Derrick for outstanding customer service!

I received good service from Pep Boys recently when I needed 2 tires and an alignment. The mechanics at the front counter were friendly and informative, and did not try to up-sell me. But what impressed me most was their integrity. Shortly after I picked up my car, my phone rang and it was Ron calling to inform me I'd dropped my wallet in the parking lot and that he had found. I was beyond grateful.
