Michelle and Austin, at the collision center, were awesome! The body work was perfect. I was concerned about them being able to match the pearl paint, but they were able to match it beautifully. Inspite of industry-wide part delays and tech shortages, Radley got my car fixed in good time. I was even impressed with the manager, Raymond, who was very personable. I strongly recommend using this shop.

Repair work is good. The issues are how they treat the exterior of your vehicle and their customer service. Expect lots of clear coat scratches and scuffs, then when you ask about it, Michelle Denton (one of the supervisors) takes a rude, aggressive approach and treats you very poorly. If you want a friendly professional place that takes care of your vehicles do not go here.

I had some damage done to my vehicle due to a break-in, I intentionally chose Radley Collision Center due to my vehicle being a Cadillac. Along the way I ran into a snag in the process and as I was explaining the issue that I had with another staff member, Mr. Mike Cooper stepped in and went above and beyond to fix my issue. (he contacted my insurance company as well to ensure there wouldn't be obstacles hindering the repair). Mr. Cooper went above expectation to make my experience as stress free as possible. He truly works by the motto of treating others the way you that you would want to be treated. When my vehicle was returned to me, the work done was top of the line and flawless! I thank Radley Collision and especially Mr. Mike Cooper for a job well done! Wayne Hardison

We had an absolutely terrible experience with Radley Collision Center. First off, we understand having to wait for parts to be delivered and painting to be completed. But a month? Also to be notified the day we were scheduled for pick up that the car was not going to be ready3 weeks in a row. Secondly, Michelle, the estimator, was terribly rude, responding in all caps and catching a severe attitude multiple times with my wife who was just inquiring about when her vehicle will be completed. We will never use Radley collision or deal with Radley in any fashion in the future whenever we get our vehicle back.

Good quality work. Communication with customer needs improvement. Had to decide to forgo or reschedule some minor work because I needed the car and it was already two weeks past the time they originally estimated. Higher cost and longer time due to having to order more parts and getting additional insurance approval.

Terrible customer service. Repair was not done correct first time, had to come back months later. Almost next too impossible to get ahold of anyone to schedule appt or get update. Also expect your repair to take forever and put on parts that don’t fit right. Jackie who works in the collison dept is the most disrespectful individual I have ever encountered at a dealership. Do better Radly. Go somewhere else to get your car repaired!

They did superior work bringing my car back after a hit and run. I have no complaints regarding the body work performed and am so grateful for it. On the other hand, the customer service provided during drop off, pick up and everything in between is why I will never choose to come back to this place. The two employees I’m referring to are Michelle and the lady receptionist. My estimate time of completion changed multiple times but it was only communicated to me once. The other two times I had to find out by calling the day of. When my vehicle was finally done, the receptionist tried to overcharge me for the deductible I owed. I stated the amount I was responsible for and instead of assisting me she stood stern and tried to charge me their price. I had to ask her to speak to whoever or contact my insurance to get the correct amount- she refused. She did speak to Michelle to confirm the price. I then asked for her to call my insurance again because I know what I was supposed to pay. Both her and Michelle refused. After failed attempts of calling my insurance myself (I had no service in the area) Michelle finally took a look at my paperwork and brought the price to the right amount for one claim but not the other. Still no call to my insurance. Eventually they agreed to allow me to pay what I really owed instead of what they were quoting me. My insurance also confirmed with me that they were paid and what I said I owed was all that I owed. During the process I was told she was “just the receptionist” and to “calm down” as if I was doing more than just expressing my concerns and pleading for assistance. There’s so much more. I honestly do not remember one interaction with the ladies where it wasn’t stressful for me. Communication is everything and customer service is an absolute right when having your car/ your investment in the hands of someone else. I would definitely recommend going somewhere who doesn’t mind answering your questions or calling your insurance when needed. If I had to choose again, I would choose somewhere with better customer service!

They just finished working on my wife’s Subaru. She was very pleased with the work Jeffrey did on her bumper and Michelle Evans went above and beyond to make sure it was done right and in a very timely manner. Frank had all the parts ordered and here quickly. We couldn’t be more pleased and would definitely recommend your car being worked on here.

Can’t deliver on time and then when you get your car back with an issue they want to act like it’s your fault and you’re just an inconvenience to them. I won’t be back and I won’t ever suggest it to anyone else. And the fact that the dealership lets them treat customers like this means I’ll never buy a car at Radley either.

They did a great job, but still had some minor issues they could not fix where the Fender, which was replaced did not meet the quarter side panel leaving a gap and it is uneven.

Not Satisfied with the job they do in my truck, beside, they think my truck belong to someone else, that’s ridiculous, the administration don’t do a really good job either, if I knew this is going to be , I never would go there, but someone told me they do a good job I try them, that Michelle Evan , don’t keep you informed about the progress or anything, just give you attitude like she was doing me a favor, I’m a paying customer I don’t ask for free, I know they put all the wrong part in my truck, like is coming out of their pockets, I’m paying for the everything, this really BS So before you make the mistake I made, research everything before go there, I’m not recommending this to no one, to get their vehicle fix

Austin and the crew did an absolute bang up job for my Durango, on which I had done my own bang up job. Totally brought the entire driver side and front end back to brand new factory spec !! A champion level of service and customer attention. Second vehicle I’ve had in there.

Had an issue with a factory defect on a new 2025 Corvette Z06 and swung by their shop to have it looked at. The body shop manager was super helpful and tried to fix the issue that day (PDR). Ultimately, having to go through the service department to get a warranty repair approved was challenging, the collision department were the true heroes. I didn't get the gentlemen's name that handled my repair but he was great and Michele kept me updated on the repair. The new door was installed and painted to factory match. Truly pleased with the job and quality of the repair. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend was directed to this company by her insurance after a not-at-fault accident, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. First, her car was dropped off on 11/13/2024, and she was told—both via text and over the phone—that it would be ready for pickup on 11/20/2024 before closing. I personally drove her 40 minutes to pick up her vehicle, only to be told it was not ready, despite their prior confirmations. She was then told to come back on Friday, 11/22/2024. After rearranging several rides to and from work, she finally picked up her car on Friday—only to find new damage that no one had mentioned. My husband (a reputable mechanic) and I personally sold her this car, which was in excellent condition and well-maintained. Yet, for some reason—despite this part of the car not being involved in the accident—the seal on her rear passenger door is now torn tied in FRONT of the door panel (pictured), and the door panel is cracked. (pictured) These issues were not present before the car was dropped off. When she called to ask why her door was damaged, she spoke with a man named Mark. Initially, he offered to send someone out to fix it. However, after she expressed her understandable frustration, he quickly retracted the offer, citing that they are “short-staffed.” Yes, many businesses are short-staffed, but that does not excuse the lack of professionalism or accountability. My friend wasted time, money, and effort, only to get her car back with more damage than when she brought it in—and no viable solutions or explanations were provided. In short: go somewhere else.

I normally do not provide reviews but wanted to take a moment and give praise to Radley Collision Center. From start to finish they were professional, courteous, and ensured the quality of their work was top notch. A special kudos to Michael Cooper who ensured I was up to speed whether it be from discussions they were having with insurance, status of parts, where my truck was in the process, or answering questions that I had. They definitely earned a future customer if the need ever rises again.

The team at Radley Collision are awesome people. This deer strike occurred in May of 2023 and Autumn, Michelle and Austin provided some top notch customer service. Not only is their customer service top notch but their quality of work is also top notch. If it’s not right by you they will do what it takes to make it right. This is why we brought this same vehicle back to Radley for a second deer strike in June. Hopefully, this is the last time seeing them but if we ever need body work again , small or big, Radley will be where we bring our vehicles. Thank you Radley team.

Very impressed with the workmanship, customer service and the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle when returned. Will definitely use again in the future if needed. The repair was perfect, no trace of any of the original damage. Update, 2nd repair at this shop in 6 months and the service, quality and communication were better than ever. Consistently good, we would not consider going anywhere else and even travel out of our way for repairs at this shop. Damage from a deer strike on a brand new 2025 Chevy Silverado required replacement of the left front fender, mirror, driver's door and repairs to the passenger door. Vehicle had less than 1000 miles on it, all signs of damage completely undetectable, very impressed with the paint and body work, as good or better than factory. Vehicle returned very clean with no issues or problems found.
