I went to NTB today (05/20/25), to have my tires balanced. I am very happy that I purchased my tires, from NTBđ. Let me tell you per usual they did a fantastic job. The people that work there are so considerate, courteous , patience. They go above and beyond what is required of them. Kristian and Kyle are both great assets for NTB. They make your company shine. I had an awesome experience this morning, the gentleman at the Jonestown rd location were Wonderful , I came in with a Big Screw in my tire. Even though they were momentarily understaffed due to the weather. Everyone there worked quickly to help get me back on my way. I came in on a Saturday morning with two nails in my 2013 Toyotaâs tire, Dylan called me within thirty minutes of dropping it off to let me know theyâd have to replace the tire. I remembered I had a full spare, so they put that on for me, but did offer me a fantastic price on a tire if I didnât. When he called to let me know it was finished I asked how much my total would be he said nothing! Are you kidding! Canât tell you how much of blessing and weight thatâs lifted from us as a one income family of four. So grateful and will be going here for any future services needed. As a woman, Iâve had anxiety about scheduling car maintenance, not sure where to take my car in case Iâd get taken advantage of. I definitely will be recommending others to NTB!★★★★★ a year ago

This place is fantastic! As long as the manager stays the same, Iâll never take my vehicle anywhere else. I came in with what I thought was 2 bad front tires, I ended up having 4 tires in terrible condition. He showed me what was wrong, what causes it, made a deal with me for 4 tires. They are very knowledgeable, professional, quick. I watched their team interact with numerous customers, they were all treated well, with respect and all left as happy customers. Every time I come into NT they give me top service. Theyâre kind of courteous and they always are willing to take the extra mile to help me because Iâm a woman and I canât do a lot of things so the other day my hubcaps were missing and I needed them replaced, and I asked him how much it was gonna cost. They told me nothing. They just went out and put my hubcaps on my car. I was really appreciated the velvet plus every time I get my oil changed here, itâs no problem. Theyâre just always kind and courteous and eager to help and when I get, I gotta get some new tires and hopefully theyâll be able to help me with that. This is a great place to come. Blew a tire in my stinger and these guys were the only ones in the area to help me with decent tires in stock. The manager, assistant manager, and the tire tech were very professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond by staying after closing to finish my vehicle to get me back home to the Scranton area. Right before Christmas I had a flat tire. I brought in my car, and the team checked it, no leak was found, filled it with air, and I was back on the road. About 2 months later I brought my car back for the same issue, same tire. The service and price were great, and they found and fixed a very slow leak. I dealt with Bob and he was very friendly and got me back on the road in very little time for a great price. We called 40 minutes before close, 40 minutes away, as we had just put a donut on our car and were too far from home to go somewhere local to us on a donut. We made it clear weâd arrive at/ after close but they were sympathetic to our situation and assured us theyâd take us anyway, despite me giving them the opportunity to decline no hard feelings. Originally gave a 5 star review but had to change the review due to the extensive amount of damage that occurred to my husbands tires and rims. The rims were damaged extensively during the first visit. The rims were scratched in so many places. The cap that goes in the middle of the rim was broken and cracked and was never brought to my attention and someone put epoxy on it to hide the damage. Also the lugs were taken off and one original lug was not put back on and another random locked lug was put on that did not belong on my vehicle and we had no lock to take it off. Too many issues we noticed after going to just have tires put on. We brought the tires back to have them taken off and when we brought the damage to the managers attention he already knew about it and decided not to charge us to remove the tires from the rims. Wasnât much to say because the damage was already done. Rims definitely damaged and new expensive tires also. I thought this was a reputable place to get the job done but I was mistaken. Also it seems like someone who works there is seriously screwing up and someone is covering for them because that is an extensive amount of damage and errors in one visit.★☆☆☆☆ Edited 2 years ago

Was on the road to OH and had pretty bad vibration during acceleration only with my 08 Eclipse $hi+ box. These guys took in my car and had a quick and effective diagnosis. Unfortunately the part wasnât available that day so I limped it home successfully. Replaced the axle at home and my baby is smooth as glass again. But I know these guys would have taken great care of my car. Excellent people, thank you guys very much. And I had some sunlight left to cool off on the jet skis. Most places wonât work on my car cause itâs low and old, these guys did!!!★★★★★ a year ago
