I visited the store At Chalmers. Robert service manager was very nice and helpful. I went in for oil change and new struts and he told me I needed tires so then I got four new tires. and a wheel alignment. Thank you so much Robert Newby. He’s very knowledgeable about vehicles. The guys out in the shop, is very respectful.

Do NOT recommend. I went in today right when they opened at 8 am for a simple tire patch and it took 2 hours. Mind you, the only reason I came in at 8 am was because I showed up the day before and the guy said “right now you would have to wait like an hour, but if you come back in the morning at 8 we can get you in and out.” Then the lady at the front goes, “if you leave us a 5 star review I won’t charge you.”…….I’d rather pay my $30 and tell the truth. Makes no sense to wait 2 hours for a tire patch with only 2 people in front of you.

Reserved a time for RV tires to be changed out. Changed it to an earlier date and called the store. I had a quote already from the main number. Be sure to confirm with the actual location because I was to show up tomorrow only to realize that they don’t handle RV tires on the rig. You have to remove them.

Horrible place. Scratched my rims and told me they'd just do my alignment for free. Mind you I was only getting new tires. The damage done to my rims is well over the price of their alignments. When asked to see proof of needing an alignment, no one could show anything. Highly upset.

Lying to get out of doing a simple tire repair. I had a new trail tire that needed a patch and to be remounted on the wheel. Nail was already removed. It was a simple 10 minute job but employee lied about losing his job if they took the job. He stated trailer tires require to much air to put back on the wheel! I bet he’s never denied a 24 inch wheel with a rubber band for a tire!
