Had to quickly find a replacement bulb after my car's headlight burnt out. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and quickly showed me what my buying options were. Will happily go back there when I need something again.

These guys were great! Had concerns my transmission fluid was low and helped me check it. SUPER APPRECIATE as I was out of town and it was a Sunday.

This is the most unhelpful store of this chain that I have ever been to. They do not listen to your problems, they cut you off in the middle of your sentence, and to top it all off the manager Allen sings jingles and talks in strange voices to the customers while they are checking out. If you need to use one of these stores I would highly recommend Central entrance or taking the extra time to drive to Hermantown if you want great service

There isn’t enough stars for how thankful I am for stopping at this Duluth location. I showed up to purchase headlight and I got help by an employee installing them in, and when I went to leave my car wouldn’t start, here my battery was shot. So I purchased a new battery and the employee exchanged it out for the new one. The customer service was amazing! I will definitely be going back to oreillys again!

Share your story with them, if you feel you may be a lil I’ll equipped talk with them they are friendly and even friendly to people of color, another thing I appreciate about them is that they aren’t afraid to come outside even when it’s cold and windy and you just don’t want to pop the hood open again but they are there with you! Awesome guys and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Give them a go !

Very helpful & friendly staff. We had to pull into this place to get parts. They assisted us w all our items & also went above with AMAZING hospitality! Offered us to cool off in the air conditioning, gave us water n treats for our dog. The team treated us more like family than customers. They even gave us a cold beverage while working in the hot weather. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING! Grateful & blessed to have come across your location. Lansing, MI

Horrible service I barely use O'Reilly's anymore because the parts and batteries they sell are horrible. I bought a brand new battery less then a year ago put it in my car and it was dead the next day jumped it and the same thing. It didn't even get below 0 outside. I brought the battery into O'Reillys where the guy informed me the battery was shot and it's only worth a core of 10.00 Well I knew I had purchased a 2 year warranty on this battery I told him I was not going to do business with them ever again. I took my battery to a different oriellies the one on tower in superior wi. Walked in and walked out with a new battery. Beware of bad business on Grand Ave oreilies My battery is worth over 250 and they almost made me buy a new one because they thought I was a dummy. I just wonder how many people this guy has gotten and how many batteries he's returned and cashed out on

Duluth has several decent parts place, but these guys are just the most capable in straight help and advise. Comparably good prices. Guys/gals will check stock over the phone, come out to car to see your vehicles' codes, test battery, offer to check their other stores for badly needed part. In the many times I've been here, just realistic info. Thanks O'Reilly. Hope they are paid well because saved my bacon twice.

Walked in, greeted in a way that seemed like an inconvenience. Wasn’t asked if I needed help with anything or how I was doing. As I was wandering/browsing, a few of the workers were telling personal stories at the front counter and I couldn’t count how many F bombs were dropped during the 25-30 minutes I was in there. It seems a bit rude to do that in front of customers, as I wasn’t the only one in the store. I had never been to this store before, but I will take my business down the road a couple blocks to Advance Auto Parts because they have staff that interact with, and assist, their customers.

Went here to test our car battery and it ended up being at its end. The crew here was so helpful, kind and went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be using them for all of our car part needs. Highly recommend!!!

We miss the O'Reilly auto parts store on Central Entrance. Sad to see it has closed- perhaps its relocated? It was our "go to" store for years.

Best O'Rillys in Duluth!! I would always come to this one for work since it was the closest to my shop, but now find myself coming here for my personal vehicles too! The manager here is always extremely helpful and personal-able. He will bend over backwards to make sure you have what you need and are happy with your experience! Love this place!

I am not sure why anyone would shop here. 3 guys "working", 2 sitting around doing nothing, line of 4 people long. No customer service at all, they all are inconvenienced by having to show up to work, they're pissed you are shopping. Absolute shame that Advance Auto Grand Ave went out of business, hopefully this Oreilly's is next. Can't see how it'll last with service like this.

Needed a new battery in subzero temps after my car died several times in a month. Asked them if they could replace it. There was a bit of a wait because the store was busy especially with another auto parts store nearby closing (and the subzero temps), but the store associates were still super friendly, happy to help and got the job done. The gentleman apologized for my wait and did the job with a smile, and I could tell the other gentleman was just as friendly helping other cars.
