★★★★★ I was recommended Twin ports & surely Glad I followed that recommendation! Let’s rewind to what brought me to TwinPorts. Recently I was driving down the road minding my own business, returning from the deep woods of Wi. Through my peripheral vision, out of no where, without a second to spare, a large object came bolting from the sideline of the woods. In that very moment, myself the vehicle & this large bolting object seemed to have warped into the matrix itself. This being & myself connected eyes. I seen their fear & they seen mine. It was a deer, a female doe! I felt in that second they had time to stop, or turn around. They had a decision to make, as did I. Unfortunately I felt I had no time to shift our course. If I veered to the right towards the ditch everything told me we would for surely connect there. Steering to the left was not an option as that’s where she was coming from. I attempted to slow down, not by slamming on my breaks, yet drastically slowing our speed. My only option I had was to continue pushing forward on our original course. Just as that realization was made we heard what sounded like a bomb, an explosion going off, all while my truck continued forward not skipping a beat, not even bumped off our course. This fact had me questioning what just happened? By the sound of the cries that came from my now petrified two young daughters wondering themselves what just happened. I proceeded to pull over to the side of the road. Upon exiting my vehicle I immediately begin searching for the doe. She was no where in sight. As if she just vanished, or a figure of my imagination. I move to the front of my vehicle to confirm if in fact there was any damage. As I made my way closer to the front of my vehicle it became clear, very clear. Instantly my heart broke. The driver side front light was now hanging, and part of the front hood, grill & bumper pushed in. Yet where was the doe!? I traced my route hoping to, I don’t know. It was just myself and my two young girls. There was nothing, not a trace on the road. Looking back to my vehicle there was remnants of her existence. My theory is upon impact she exploded. Hence the explosion sound. Before I could ponder any further an elder couple appeared on the side of me. Inquiring if we were ok? That’s when Twin Ports enters our story. I contacted them inquiring on getting our vehicle repaired. First question I got was, is my vehicle drivable? At that moment I assumed it was. Honestly I had no idea. To me the vehicle seemed fine, so I replied yes. We scheduled for a month later as they are extremely busy, & booked. After driving my vehicle an entire day up & down the hills of Duluth, in all our glory, displaying for all, the battle wounds on my vehicle. It was brought to my attn I should not be driving, further it was extremely dangerous. My drive shaft or something was possibly cracked. So another phone call to twin ports was done. Updating them that my vehicle is in fact un-drivable. Within an hour of that phone call plans were arranged for my vehicle to be transported to their shop. Normally from my understanding they have a vehicle one can use while their car is being repaired. Unfortunately they were all already in use. Luckily I have rental coverage. Fast forward to pick up day. My vehicle was brought back to her original glory! Beautiful outside & the inside. I am a busy mom of 5, working and school full-time. My inside was long over due for some TLC. To my shock and surprise they went above & beyond. They vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car. It’s the small things for me. And this deed right here aside from the fantastic work they did on my ol’ Betsy! I will definitely return if ever need collision work, & recommending to all I ever hear needing this type of work. All the parts are lifetime guaranteed. So atleast for this life, I will be sharing with all I can! Outstanding communication, superb quality of work, no complaints.

The service of this family owned, and very reputable auto repair shop was kind, understanding, respectful, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They went beyond the scope of what was needed to be done, to include adding an extra tire, detailing the inside of my truck, and even had a check written out to me from what was left over from the insurance. The work they did on my truck was so professional to the point where it looks like it was never involved in an accident. Honestly, the entire process was painless on my part, and once they took the helm of fixing my truck up, they not only were professional, but they were noticeably genuine, which was great! It lets the customer know that what they’re doing isn’t some 2nd rate shop. Highly professional and proud of what they know, and love to do.
