Absolutely terrible service and work. I'm so unhappy with our experience there trying to diagnose and fix our cars brake issues. Twice I had to bring the car back in and both times they kept finding more issues that were wrong and worked on them without even asking permission. When all was said and done, our brakes still were not fixed after $1500. My wife almost got in an accident the other day because they still didn't work. Wow

Everyone else was telling me they couldn't get me in for up to 2 weeks to get my brakes done. Bo's got me in next day and right away! They also went through and took time to make me a list of things I needed to get done in order of importance, and cost of everything! When you live paycheck to paycheck this kind of service is amazing! Thanks Bo's!

I needed an inspection of a used car I wanted to buy. Their mechanic inspected it and did a quick test drive. He was honest and recommended me not to buy the car for several reasons which he clearly explained to me. The price for that was very reasonable. I will use their services again.

We couldn't figure out what was going wrong with my car. But they took the time to find the simplest problem that I'm sure most shops would have made a big deal. Plus they helped me not be without a car since I have 2 kids being a single mom. With not being from here, I believe I found myself a shop I know I can trust I know they will do right by me. Highly recommend!!!

My elderly mom went to him to get her transmission fixed 2 years ago and he charged her $4,900 for a used one that is now got the TCM messed up and he won't do a thing about it. He loves to rip people off for their money.

Highly recommend! Smart and fair owners that have excellent mechanics. They go out of their way to help you, called multiple places about getting winter tires installed this was the only place that took care of me in a bind. Will continue to use them in the future.

Pops Auto is very unprofessional. There were multiple instances of my niece bringing her vehicle in to be serviced and each time they came back with something else wrong with the vehicle, most recently her tires. When she asked for a discount as she had to bring it back in to be fixed, he told her she was not welcome to return.

If I could give a score lower than 1 star I would. Very dishonest business practices. He kept my truck for an engine swap for about 6 months and the engine he put in my truck wasn't great. I only got it back because I had the transporter bring it to another shop to finish the work. I still have parts and bolts that are missing. I expressed my displeasure to them and they blamed me and said I was the one being difficult. NEVER do business with pop's even if they were the only ship in the state.

I'm very honest helpful people I have been dealing with this pops auto tire for a long time and I have always gotten the best deals and very honest mechanics I love this mechanic place I suggest anybody take their car there I don't care who you are they're honest people and they do great jobs they don't lie not that I've ever had to deal with they have always done me wonderful jobs and gave me the best deals that they could possibly give me they are great individuals the older gentleman he is a wonderful man the lady at the counter that greets you as a wonderful lady and Shannon is one of the mechanics and he is the one that I trust the most is a wonderful man I give him props for all the work that he does and the help that he gives people May God bless these workers and their families over this new year.
