One star for the hourly wage they pay employees that are trying to keep stores open for less than what they make just about anywhere else. Needed a new air pressure gauge because Kwik Trip's Nemadji location's free air pressure gauge stopped working and so did mine. I was immediately approached and led to the location of what ended up being 16 different gauges. Since my associate seemed competent I decided to go with her recommendation and soon completed a cash transaction to be out the door in less than 5 minutes. Don't use the website it's not honest with prices.

Myself and three other customers were in line to check out. One employee was busy assisting a customer in finding a part while the gentleman behind the counter was on a personal call speaking about fishing, how not busy the store was as well as other personal topics. He did not acknowledge anyone even when I made eye contact and signalrd him that help was needed. He continued his conversation. Only when I made an off handed comment that I should write a review on the poor service did he acknowledged any of us in line. Either the manager should readdress training issues at least give general guide lines about personal phone calls.

In dire need of light bulbs for my Toyota Rav spoke to a amazing man @7:30, he set aside for me.Got there and new man was there unsure if bulbs can work?He asked Les the asst mgr, he came over on his cell, said he dont know #$$on bulbs go the the mgf/dealer! Walked away back to leaning on the counter and his cell. Employee aplogized said its close to end of his shift, he just wants to go home. I proceeded to listen to him complain on other customers. He had to refund a old man $5.00 and he was a pain in his !@@. I said that I was sorry to bother him, and had been going here for years. This us what the customer service has come to. I dont have to shop here I could go to any on Central Ent or Amazon. The young man who installed mine was amazing.

I am not super knowledgeable when it comes to things related to cars. The staff here are always very helpful! Most recently I went in for new wipers and the staff member was kind enough to let me know that mine could be fixed vs replaced. I appreciated the honesty. They have been helpful anytime I have shopped at this store.

I was very happy they had the actual Ball Joint Seperator tool! I had already looked at 2 other auto stores, and they only had the full kits or the type that attaches to the spring only. The only problem was the COST!! Yikes, $26.99 plus tax!! If I wanted to wait for 5 to 8 days for shipping, I would have saved a few dollars...

We orders parts for our truck yesterday, at the Central Entrance (Duluth, MN) location. Sunday hours are suppose to be 9 am to 8 pm. We arrived at 1:50 pm to a closed store. I tried to call both the store and the curbside pickup number and got no answer. We called another one of their nearby locations and found out that they’re closed because there are only 3 workers at the Central Entrance location. Because it was not made known to us, we wasted our valuable time and money, in going to pick up these parts. Somehow, make your current/correct hours known to your customers, if you truly value their business.
