We arrived at Dodge Duluth to find out why I was losing engine power. Turns out my diesel engine was just doing a DEF burn and one of the Techs told me this was normal and not to worry about it. It’s our first time owning a diesel so it was a learning curve for us. Dennis the tech we dealt with then got us in for an oil change which we needed to have done.we were on the road and able to keep on schedule thanks to the Dennis and team at Dodge Duluth. great service😊

These folks in the service center are like friends. They treat their customers with respect and always smile when greeting them. The service is top notch. I was due for an oil change and really only have one day a week that I can have work done. I didn't have an appointment, and was willing to wait knowing it could be a while, but they managed to squeeze me in to their scheduled workload. I can't thank them enough. Keep up the good work!

My truck was making a creaking sound when it was cold out. I brought it in right before the warranty expired, but that day literally warmed up for the summer so the noise went away anyway. They noted the issue and let me come back in the fall and still fixed it under warranty.

100,000 mile service done on my 2019 RAM 1500. I have only used Duluth Dodge for all of my service. The service was done on time and done right. The service manager called me before hand and explained everything to me and asked if I understood what was being done to the vehicle, and ensured me it will be done on time.

Duluth RAM dealership is the best service experience I have had in decades!! My right front hub was falling off, they took it in immediately, worked on repairing (replacing) the hub and rotors/brakes as well as the brake caliber. They took me to get lunch, kept my coffee cup full, and kept me informed as to status of of my truck. I’m tempted to drive the 298 mile round trip just to have my truck serviced there!!!

Went and had a factory recall on my 2025 Ram. Went to leave and I had message in my truck saying my oil level was too high, service needed. Went back inside and told them the problem. He said since they reset the computer it's saying the oil level is too high and blamed whoever changed the oil. The message never came up before today and I had the oil changed 3 weeks ago. Only way he said he could fix it was to change the oil again and charge me for an oil change. I asked him why I didn't get a message before today and he had no answer. He was not willing to help with anything except for charging me for an oil change. Worst customer service I've ever had.

My experience was wonderful. Was not given the run around. I was kept in the loop the entire time, they gave it to me straight, and told me why certain things were happening. Upon arrival to pick up, I was showed why it wasn't working the way it should and how to help prevent things from happening again. The person who contacted me and kept me in the loop was Justin. He was also very helpful answering questions that were not asked to be looked at. All in all, definitely recommend this place.

I had James help me out. Very helpful. I’m not very good at understanding on what someone people explain and he even re explained to help me understand a lot more. When I finally bought a truck, we found out it didn’t have coolant and was a quart low of oil. When I spoke to the GM out sounded pretty upset and offered me a free oil change and tried to refund me for the coolant(even printed out a certificate for it) then a few days later my truck doesn’t want to start (battery problem) I called them and THEY came out to me! They hey replaced my battery checked the dummy light and even brought it back. Didn’t charge me. The Litterally fought banks to let me get the vehicle. Definitely recommend them! They helped me even after the truck was finalized.

Worst Service Experience – Month-Long Wait - Still haven't even looked at vehicle I never leave reviews, but after my experience with this dealership and their service department, I feel compelled to share. I have a 2020 Jeep, and after it suddenly stopped starting, I called the service department because it's still under warranty. They had me tow the vehicle there, and it's now been over a month with no update. They haven't even looked at the vehicle yet. I rely on my car for both of my jobs, and I have no backup vehicle or partner to help. The only solution they offered was a rental car for $50 a day – which is hardly a fix. I purchased the warranty specifically to avoid being left without a vehicle, yet here I am, paying for a warranty that seems to offer no value. The buying experience was frustrating enough, with heavy pressure from sales and finance to buy extended warranties and extras, and now, I feel like that was all just a way to get more money out of me without providing the service promised. I understand the service team is busy, but this level of neglect is beyond frustrating. It’s also unfair to the employees who have to field complaints all day long because of the poor service and delays. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone in need of reliable service.
