I will never go here again. They are overpriced and they couldn't even diagnose what was wrong with my car accurately. They wanted to charge me $300 for parts and labor for something my husband found out he could do for $40 and 5 minutes of time. Take your business elsewhere.

Needed a new ignition coil so I called them up and they were able to check it out and fix it for me the same day I called. I went to get a competitive bid on my car after going to the dealer. The shop bid half of what the dealer did. I took my car down to this place and he told me that the work didn't need to be done because the parts weren't bad yet. It's really hard to find a mechanic who is knowledgeable and has integrity, but I was more than impressed with my experience at The Shop.

Was my first and last time to trust this place,put my car to be fix took 3 weeks and then when they fixed,they put off market part on my car . after five months the water pump broke up and I have to fix again, the new shop that I bought for replace they found out wasn't from bmw brand so that's OK but after that put another one genuine bmw after 1 week my car make some really bad noise so what happened next the water pump off market this place sold and put my car without out my permission damaged the engine and I have to buy another one the guy said was working on high heat and melt inside because the water pump isn't working for my car the way should be and I have to spend 5k to replace the engine 😡😡😡

My wife and I were having car issues around 4:30 and the web site said they were open until 6 so we limped our car over to them only to find they closed. However, Dave happened to still be in the garage and graciously looked at our car and drove it to diagnose. He found our oil had all burned up. After adding more the car was fine. We would’ve been screwed if you weren’t there. We cannot thank you enough for helping us. Fix your website hours though…LOL
