They did good work, but totally took advantage of my time. Hit a Deer, Dented my bumper. Talked with them, agreed to get all the parts in and then do the work. Truck was scheduled for 2-3 days, was there for 2 weeks, then again for 2 days, then 1 day, now its there for an afternoon. Never ends, seems like they're eager to bill insurance. Also, I signed a form saying I wanted original OEM parts and they put used parts on my Truck. Not impressed, wont make the mistake of going here again.

I never leave bad reviews but this place deserves one. I called about a time estimate on my car that I dropped off almost a week ago, that I was not updated at all about. The woman who answered the phone was quite rude, and unwilling to help at all. She left me confused and with more questions. They also charge a ridiculous amount. There are many better places in Duluth.

They provided daily updates and had it back to us, looking perfect, even sooner than promised. Again, great service. I had 2 estimates done, one for $1600 and one from Caliber for roughly a little over $3,000. I said to myself why such a big difference. Well, the difference is one does it RIGHT and the other NOT SO MUCH. Beautiful work and again impressed with how they cleaned my truck inside and out. My 2022 Ford Maverick looks and feels brand new. Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Duluth, MN! From start to finish they kept me updated weekly, finished it when they said, and it’s just like new. The protective coating was excellent (a much better outcome than at the dealership when we bought the car). (Not trying to say anything bad about the dealership because they were great too) but this was a better job. We had been postponing an appointment to get it detailed before our car got hit and glad we did because the inside was clean as well. Also, we thought that it was amazing that they offered to drive the car to our home IF it wasn’t ready by the time expected.

Caliber Collision was phenomenal to work with from the moment I walked in the door to when I picked up my perfectly back-to-whole vehicle. The business itself was spotless inside and out - and the magic worked on my vehicle is nothing short of miraculous! So incredibly on top of their game is Caliber Collision; communication was consistent and timely, they were flexible with the time I had available to pick up my vehicle and took every effort to make sure I was happy with the outcome. When I got home, I was having trouble opening the fuel door - one call to Caliber Collision and in 15 minutes someone (because I had no gas in my tank and couldn’t go to the shop) from the shop was in my driveway remedying the situation that I should have figured out to begin with!! Caliber Collision and no other will get my business if ever, in the future, I have the need. You SHINE!

I moved to Duluth two years ago from Dallas. Caliber had repaired my previous vehicle down there and I was very impressed. So when I accidentally damaged my new Subaru Forester i knew that my deductible was probably higher than the price to pay out of pocket. I saw a Caliber sign on Central Entrance and stopped. This used to be Ogston’s body and paint, for those of you who may have lived here a long time. I was greeted warmly and an appraiser was available to look at the damage. Left it with them and picked it up three days later. The work was flawless, and on top of that they had apparently detailed the car inside and out! I highly recommend them.

Wow...where to start... At 6am I hit a deer with my truck on the way to work. I didn't know what to do. I had never been in an accident before. I brought my truck to Caliber Collision a few short hours later and was immediately comforted and welcomed by Cathy at the front desk and she explained everything to me very clearly. I was worried with my young child that my vehicle would be tied up for a long time. Jamey the GM came out and explained that they would do their best to make sure that I would not have to worry about that and even helped me find a rental car to use while I waited on repairs. After I agreed Leah one of the service writers on my vehicle kept me informed every step of the way! I got my vehicle back sooner than I expected and I can honestly say it looks better then the day I bought it! The technicians that worked on my vehicle are clearly the best in their class! And the detail top notch to anyone in the area I ever used. I will never recommend anyone else other than caliber for an accident ever again! What an amazing experience!
