★☆☆☆☆ My experience with this shop was extremely disappointing, and ended up costing me 300 dollars with no work done on my vehicle. To start, I called this shop and set up a time to bring an old van in for some work. They agreed to check it out and I had it towed to the shop and put on a lift on a Wednesday. We walked around and checked out the vehicle, and discussed what needed repair and they told me an approximation of cost. I agreed to their assessment and they said they would work on the car the following Friday. I left the shop feeling pretty good. The next week passed and then the next after that. On Monday, the 3rd week after I had dropped it off, and the 2nd after they had said they would work on it, I called them to see how it was going. I had assumed they simply wrote my phone number down wrong as I had not heard anything from the shop. I called them at noon on my lunch break at work. They answered and I asked about my car and the guy said he needed to talk to a mechanic quick and put me on hold. When he returned to the phone, he said they didn't know what work I wanted done on the car, they didn't have any notes on the car, the car needed to be moved as they wouldn't be able to get to it and I would need to set up a time to get it seen. I told them I had been promised work 3 weeks prior and that they were already supposed to be working on it 2 weeks prior. He said someone promised me work and then went on vacation and left them overbooked and they needed it moved. I was at work, very surprised, but i said I would need to make some calls but I was at work all day. I asked why they hadn't called me and told me sooner and he said they would've called if I hadn't called. I went back to work and finished my day, went home and had a voicemail at 1:30pm and 5:15 pm saying I needed to move my car that day by 6:00 or I would be towed and be stuck with another towing bill. I called them back and got told the same thing, they were sorry they promised work they couldn't get to. They made no effort to make it right. TLDR; 1. I towed my car there for a scheduled assessment. 2. They agreed to work on my car. 3. They made no contact for 3 weeks until I called. 4. They told me i had to move my car, that they didn't know what to work on, and that I had to move it or it would be towed. I was given less than 6 hours to move my car from a shop that agreed to work on said car. Don't make this mistake. Look elsewhere. I'm out 300 dollars, and my vehicle for 3 weeks for nothing. Absolutely nothing.
