Seems like the place to use! The first tire shop I went to sent me over to these guys, and they took care of everything I needed. They dismounted and fixed a leaky tire and then mounted a smaller trailer tire, for a reasonable price and quickly - even without an appointment. I'll be back.

I was kind of disappointed with the tire change... I changed all tires and within months there was a slow leak from the rims. I had to re seal two tires and had to pay about $50-$60. I said ok let’s just call it bad luck. Now my front right left is doing the same. I am disappointed with the fact that it’s even happening. I don’t expect free service, but please give 100% when you change tires to make sure the rims are cleaned and sealed properly. I don’t think I will go back. Nothing against anyone, I do like the people there, but the tire work for me did not met the expectation.

Very very pleased once again with Duluth Tire. Have been coming here for years with multiple vehicles, and have always been greeted with incredibly fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy people. Today I came in for 4 new tires and a new interstate battery, which Jeff took care of for me. Not only did he explain everything that was needed, but he gave a wide range of possible options for repair. I don’t take my cars anywhere else in Duluth, and if you value your money and time, you wouldn’t either!

I am from Duluth Mn. Do not buy tires from this company if you want a warranty on them. I bought tires from them and noticed the tread was wearing out faster than expected so i went to them and asked them to warranty them. They said they did not write the mileage on the receipt so could not warranty them. I explained that it is not my fault and they said they just started to put mileage on receipts last year. I said this is not right, how many warranties have ya dishonored because of this suspicious practice. All they would say is we can't help you.

Jeff is amazing. I hit a rock and bent a rim and was worried I was going to have to buy a new one. But Jeff knows his business. He told me he could fix it and made an appointment for me to bring it in. It was all fixed up in minutes and they didn't even charge me anything for it! Such amazing people. They totally made my day. I'm surely going back again if I need anything else done with my car. Highly recommend them!

The crew at Duluth Tire and Accessories is awesome! We were in a pinch from out of town with a nail in a tire. After being turned away from a few other small and big auto places, the Duluth Tire team fit us in. Quick fix and seamless repair! Highly recommend this team and shop in the Duluth/Superior area.

I'll give a bit of simple breakdown.... There was a nail in my tires and it was a simple patch fix which they did. However, as I was leaving to go to the gas station I happened to noticed that they put on the wrong valve stem cap so I returned to get it back. And sadly, the tech whom removed my tire scuffed my wheel which I'm totally not happy about. I don't like to leave reviews like this but in terms of professionalism, treat any job like it's for your own vehicle in the future. Now I could've made a big stink about it but I'd rather not. Based on these matters this is why I'm rating they company as a whole. It's quite disappointing given I had service done in the past from the same shop. To the tech who works there future reference: treat every car like it's your own.

We had an excellent experience with Duluth Tire. We had issues with two flat tires on our camper and we needed to get new tires and Nick made it happen on the same day. He went out of his way to help us. Even though they were busy he treated my husband and I like we were his only customer. After purchasing 4 new tires he got us on our way in no time. If I am back in the Duluth area I will not hesitate to purchase more tires from them. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you Nick and the rest of the staff for the great experience!

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service I stopped by Duluth Tire recently to ask about buying a new set of tires for my truck , I wanted something similar to the stock RAM wheels. The sales rep I spoke with, Jim, was incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. Instead of offering any advice or help, he scoffed at my question and told me to “go to a salvage yard.” I was ready to spend a few thousand dollars on a quality set of tires, but the attitude I received made it clear that my business didn’t matter to them. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service and lack of product knowledge from someone representing a tire shop. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend Duluth Tire to anyone who expects to be treated with respect or professionalism.

Excellent service from the get go. Called to ask about replacing tires, they were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful, even suggested a cheaper tire to the one I was enquiring about. Tires were ordered and ready for my appointment the next day and were replaced very quickly. The staff in the office were great. We drive a one ton dually with a truckcamper and this was not a problem. Definitely recommend anyone to go here.
