I bought my snow plow here a few years back. Never had any issues with it, other than wear and tear. I had to have some service done this year, and was a little handholding for me. They did the work just as expected. Price is a little higher than I wanted to pay, but that’s the cost of having equipment like that.

We have gotten several sets of tires from Bear's. And I have them rotate my summer and winter sets. Every time I've been extremely pleased with their customer service. And every time I have been treated with courtesy as I ask questions. If you are a woman and have ever been treated like an idiot at any kind of auto store, you won't have that experience here. Bear's was also super great when there was a mixup with the key to my sons new to us beater car (gave them the door only key not knowing it wouldn't start the car!) and had the tires put on in a timely fashion even though I'm sure that put them behind schedule. I can't say enough nice things! Highly recommend.

I had a brake controller installed on my Toyota Highlander here so I could safely pull a camper trailer. The experience I had was exceptional. Some high points: 1) They picked up the phone and did a fine job sourcing the specific controller I needed. 2) They gave me an estimate and stuck to it when it came time to pay 3) They went the extra mile when it came to getting me scheduled for an installation on a time frame that worked for me (i.e. ASAP). It was a breath of fresh air to get this kind of service. The fella I interfaced with there at the desk (did the research, put together the estimate, got me scheduled) was a young man, Gen Z young. He handled himself quite well. Cheers!

Great place to spend 2,500.00 on a lift that takes 8hrs and they keep your truck for 5 days. Then align it completely wrong and still charge me for it. But for case of argument they did say it could stay another day and they would align it correctly🤣 the time to align it completely was 3days ago! I just needed my truck away from these people! Now its at another shop fixing it right. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! They do it nice but they do it twice and charge you for it

I enjoyed my experience purchasing from Bears. Working with Cody was a great. Cody is knowledgeable of the products offered at Bears and he listened to what I wanted. He showed me a few options available for what I was looking for. As well as showed me the bumper on display that I chose to get and what it would look like installed on the truck since an employee had one on their truck. I thought it would look sweet on mine and so did Cody. They were quite fast on getting the bumper to bears and installing it was fast too. I’m happy with the ranch hand heavy duty bumper I purchased. I got it a little cheaper than listed since was paying cash and paid in full. It is going on two years now and it’s still holding up really well for me. I contacted Bears for a matching rear bumper and they’re able to get me one at a great price. So I might just have to get the rear bumper as well.

If dropping off a Penske truck, take pictures of everything such as fuel level and time returned. They charged me fuel when the tank was full. Luckily I had picture to show that after I left to get refund.

communication is crap. got quoted for an $800 install so I set an appointment. I realize sometime you run into issues, but they claimed the wiring harness I brought in was faulty and so they had to use one of their own, which they installed without asking me if maybe I had a different one to use- and then charged me an extra $600 when I got there to pick up the truck. Best part is, I tested my “faulty” harness when I got home and it works just fine. I won’t spend another penny there and I feel the need to discourage others from doing so- the install itself was great, they’ve got some good mechanics there- it’s just the part where they rip you off that gets to me.
