I would definitely recommend this place to any Duluthian or guests outta town! Posting some pics and they will speak for themselves how amazing this place is! Update; Could not find a way in this google review to add pics 🤔 Wife wrecked her driver’s side door and mirror. Nothing salvageable. They fixed a new door and mirror in a week! They found a door unit for her Audi Q7 2017 model with all the gimmicks and the matching upgrades, she has on her car. Thank you Quality Collision!

Had driven my 2020 Subaru ascent through road tar on Jean Duluth Road. Got tar all both sides and all over the back it would look just horrible. 5 stars is low, but the best I could do...I was greeted with customer service that was prompt, professional, informative and easy to understand just a handful of hours after being a victim in a DWI hit and run. I was given options on how to move forward, had my questions answered respectfully, and was given a rental when I was in a pinch without hassle. Thats customer service they should be proud of, because in my experience it's been lost in recent decades. I'll definitely bring my business back there, you should too.

We were recently involved in the 23-car pile up in the I-35 tunnel on 17 February in Downtown Duluth. We had been visiting state parks further north, and heading back to Minneapolis where my daughter lives. While our car seemed to be drivable, there were significant “hanging pieces” barely attached to the front of our car and we knew that it would require several days to repair. Quality collision had several positive results on Yelp so we called and asked if they could 1) check that the car was safe to drive and 2) “Patch up the front end” to allow us to drive it back to Minneapolis. They got us in quickly, assessed the car and patched the front end with a very ingenious solution (see before and after photos). The mechanic was deservedly proud of his work. But more importantly than their skill and speed, was the fact that this group of people were genuinely honest, friendly and helpful. If you need bodywork in Duluth, I can’t imagine a better place to have it done

They even provided me with a loaner car, which was extremely convenient. I’m completely satisfied with the work they did to my truck after I hit a deer. They went above and beyond to get the truck delivered to them, they finished the job faster than any other place could and it looks absolutely perfect! I will always go to QUALITY COLLISION for my car. I will refer friends to their skill & courtesy. The cherry on top was my car came back detailed! Beyond my expectations! Called after hitting a deer & the next day we were able to drop off the car. We picked up a FREE rental from their lot that we weee able to use the entire time it took to get the car back. For privacy reasons i will be using a fake name on here. I brought my car in to get fixed & it was done within less than a week. The rental car they provided was clean & in great condition. When I received my car back, I noticed they had cleaned the inside of it & gave the outside a wash which I was very pleased with ! 10/10 recommend this place. Having damage done to your car and dealing with insurance is so stressful but everyone here made it such an easy process. The work they performed was done perfectly and my car looks good as new. It's so clear everyone takes pride in their work. They even detailed the interior of my car! And they organized all the junk in my center console and folded the blankets in my trunk! They really go above and beyond. I am SO THANKFUL they had a loaner car available as well. Highly recommend!

Quality Collision understands customer service. I’ve brought my work trucks here for years and lastly my own truck after a deer hit. I picked it up and it was started up waiting, sparkling like it was brand new. Most impressively was they removed a whole bunch of tint residue off the inside of my window that I’ve been picking at for months. They didn’t do any work to that window but just went above and beyond!
