Went in there with a hole in my transmission pan was quoted 1800 book time is 10 hours picked up my car today they told me the did it in 3 hours so the bill went from 1800 down to 1100 what a shop will never go anywhere else super nice people

I paid for the entire extended warranty until 2027,tried to use it one time- they would not pay full price for dealer authorized parts, only for after market parts which no authorized mechanic would install . So I paid 50% for parts. 2 years before 2027 with almost 10,000 miles left , my car was totalled. Guess what ? After a $100 cancelation fee there was no refund. Every encounter with this company has been a disappointment. Do your research. Ask a mechanic who actually pays on a extended warranty.

Context: I tried fixing some things on my car, and ended up messing up some electrical components. At a certain point I got stumped. (My mechanic skills are limited). I called Lariat for help). Pros: - Very responsive. - Quick service. (had my car back in about 2 days) Cons: - I was never provided my receipt. - Service seems a little expensive as they only replaced a battery terminal connector and I was charged around $300 for the service. - They left the old battery terminal under the hood. We all have off days and forget things here and there, but I find it hard to give Lariat high marks based on this experience with them

I had a grinding sound coming from the front wheels leaving Duluth with 11 sled dogs en route to the next race after Beargrease. I turned around and called Lariat when they opened the next morning at 0800. They got me in immediately, replaced a damaged CV axle from thousands of miles in 4wd, and I was back on the road a few hours later. Absolutely amazing.

We had a great experience getting our car fixed at Lariat. We had some electrical/brake issues on our 2018 Volvo xc60. They weren't afraid to deal with the Volvo brand. After figuring out the issue, Warren called and gave me a few options on how it could be handled. I appreciated how things were handled and being kept in the loop. They are a little north of town, but the 15 minute drive is totally worth it to me for that kind of service.
