This location attempted to give me open, bent head bolts for $70 a box. The employee who handled the transaction was rude and it felt like he was rushing me out, so I am now operating on the assumption that this was done purposefully and maliciously. As such, I encourage everyone who chooses to buy from this location to make sure you actually have new parts before installing.

I tend to favor Oreillys they always have clean stores and helpful employees. This was right on point for what I expect. The store is clean, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. It's close to Whitehall, maybe 2 miles from "downtown" and right off the expressway. If you are looking for parts you won't be disappointed.

Terrible experience. I had a brake line lock up on my motorhome in Muskegon 4 hrs from home. I called Fri and they said they could order it (not in stock) and have it by 8 am Tommorrow. I gave them the exact part number. Next Day I called them in the morning and said this is Dan again and they said yes we have the part now. So u have my dad drive 35 min one way to bring me there. I show up and they don't have it and have no idea what I'm talking about. I confirmed w them the number I called and this was the right place. No I'm sorry etc just I don't know. They said well we have something ordered for Alex. I looked at it and said no it says ordered BY Alex. "Yes I know sir" 🙄 Rude and a huge waste of time. I'm guessing this was the part but they ordered the wrong part since it was the right part for one year different.

Tydus and Bill were venting about another worker (I think it was Mike) when I walked in. They didn't acknowledge me when I walked in (only person in the store) so I said good morning and the ignored me while they continued to complain about their co-worker, I approached the front counter and said "can you help me with this part?" And set a part on the counter, and Tydus replied "nah man, I ain't ready for you yet" and then continued to rant with Bill about one of their employees not knowing where to put stuff yesterday... It was a frustrating and completely disrespectful moment, 7:55 a.m. Friday morning...

Thay never answer there phone. Went in there one day and asked the manager said I don't answer the phone the customer in the store is more important. Than ppl calling we'll when u drive a super duty and fuel is 4$ a gallon I'm not driving 10 miles to just see if u have the Part in stock. Or a Part in stock for the other 5 cars I have

I don't appreciate being told the store doesn't install rear windshield wipers because one employee doesn't know how. A big thank you to the other employee that did come out to help me. If you don't know how to do something that's okay, just point me in the direction of someone that does. Business ethics.

So called the store at about 9am this morning for a part to come to the store on Apple. They told me it will be there by 12 give or take. So get to the store at almost 1230 and they didn’t find my name in the System. Okay cool they like but if you called and order a part it should be here when the truck comes. So I wait in the car guy come out and says the truck is here your part should be on it. Hold time the part never got order. So we waited almost 20 minutes outside just for a part not to be on the truck. So we left and I called just to see if I could drive to Grand Rapids to pick it up just for them to tell me no and he like well yeah okay he really didn’t care that my part didn’t come or about the time I wasted to get there and the person time to try and fix my car today.. so Unprofessional..

When paying for the bulbs, a service rep (Braxton) provided pricing options.
