Very Professional, Excellent service, I will never use anyone else again! I got an affordable oil change, with the best customer service I’ve ever gotten, I liked their service so much that I am now an employee, Al (the owner) offered me a bottle of water while I waited, a punch card that gives me a discount on my future oil changes, so I applied, and i want to personally thank everyone for being loyal patrons of our Getty St. location, near Muskegon Heights. Soon to show our gratitude we will be offering 12oz cups of coffee made individually with our Keurig!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Service Pro Oil Change. I have been to plenty of oil change places over the years, and this shop in Muskegon completely blew every other experience out of the water. That is not an exaggeration. I brought in two vehicles, my 2014 Dodge Charger Police Interceptor and my 2020 Chevy Equinox, and both were treated with the same high level of care, attention, and professionalism you would expect from a dealership. Honestly, even better. First, my 2014 Dodge Charger Police Interceptor. Anyone who knows these cars understands they are not just regular Chargers. They are built tougher, run harder, and are often driven harder, which means maintenance truly matters. From the moment I pulled in, the crew immediately recognized it was an interceptor. They asked smart questions about mileage, driving conditions, and engine needs. They made sure the oil type and filter were exactly what the vehicle requires. They checked everything, not just the oil. They did not rush the job. They did not try to upsell anything unnecessary. They actually cared about doing the service correctly. They checked oil condition, coolant levels, transmission fluid, tire pressure, air filter, battery health, wipers, and looked underneath for leaks. They explained everything clearly without talking down to me or trying to pressure me into buying services I did not need. When they finished, the engine sounded smoother, ran quieter, and felt noticeably better on the road. If you have driven a Charger Interceptor, you know when it is running right, and mine absolutely was after this service. Then I brought in my 2020 Chevy Equinox. The experience was just as impressive. They verified the manufacturer recommended oil, made sure the filter was correct, checked all fluids, properly reset the oil life system, and performed a full safety style inspection. There were no shortcuts taken. What impressed me most was their consistency. Whether it was a performance oriented interceptor or a newer family SUV, the level of professionalism stayed the same. The shop itself was clean, organized, and efficient. The staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work provided. It is hard to find places these days that genuinely care about doing the job right instead of just getting cars in and out as fast as possible. Service Pro Oil Change in Muskegon operates differently. They take pride in their work, and it shows. If you are in the Muskegon area and want honest, reliable, thorough service for your vehicle, whether it is something performance based like a Charger Interceptor or a daily driver like a Chevy Equinox, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way. I will absolutely be bringing both vehicles back for future maintenance.

I can’t say enough good things about this little shop! Came in the other day and was assisted by RANDY! Excellent customer service skills! I appreciated him topping off my fluids and checking out a few other things to ensure my drive all the way back out to Colorado was safe!
