All around good service from employees. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the employee doing the work under the car came up to check tire pressures and failed to wear a mask. Employee doing upper work and having direct contact with customers wore his mask the whole time. I'll be back.

I feel like I didn't get the same service like I did when it was Van's. I wasn't informed about any of the levels of fluids in my car. They didn't say anything about my oil level or how dirty it was. I don't know if my tire pressure was high or low.. They were nice enough but not trying very hard to impress new customers.

Terrible ethics all the way around. Damaged my cars skid plate and the district manager won't contact me. Talked to a manager 2 weekends in a row stating they would pass it on to the district manager. Called today and they acknowledged who i was and said," yep. He said he tried to call you but you didn't return the call." After telling him it was bs, that I didn't get any calls, he said," oh okay." Told him I was putting a bad review and to remove me. He asked me why.... never again. I will have to replace the skid plate myself. Not expensive but not the way to keep customers.

My car is booboo and I’m very aware of that, but they were all super kind. I went in for an oil change and my skid plate was hanging. They found a bolt and tightened my skid plate up even though I initially went in just to change my oil. James, Tyler, and Brian did exceptional work and this is the only place I will be going to if I want to get my oil changed. This is easily the best experience I have had at any Performance Plus location.

always took my truck there, always been happy. Today not so much they wouldn't remove the skidplate because of rusty bolts. I took them off at home in less than 10 minutes. If I have to remove my own skid plate I might just as well change my own oil and save money. charging over a 100 buck now for a oil change.

I moved out this way just over a year ago. This is now my go to place for a quick oil change. I have 2 cars and a truck. I drive a lot of miles and always need an oil change. They do good work and are alway very professional and friendly.
