I was very impressed with the service that I received from the Apple Ave location. Once I received my estimate I was able to book an appointment for repairs the following week. They even worked with Enterprise to arrange my rental for me. The work was done right away, and was even completed ahead of schedule. Insurance had my car sent here after a deer collision. The paint turned out alright. They didn't replace the plastic under the bumper, which had a big hole in it from the deer. They just clipped the busted up plastic to a new bumper. I found out when the car rattled loke crazy going down the road. Now the trim is falling off a "recycled" door (NOT junkyard sourced, they made sure to correct me on that). All in all, not recommended.

So far so good. I brought my car here for a estimate. I'm going to have them do the work. Nice clean professional auto body shop with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I can't wait for them to fix my car. I will try to submit before and after photos when I get my ride back.

Tori and Jason made the process of getting my car fixed and dealing with insurance a breeze, repairs were completed so quickly I was surprised! Then they went out of their way to deliver my car to me AND take my rental back for me as well. Everyone was so polite and kind, I would definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and family.
