Adding to my bad review Went to betten honda today 8/2/23 and was told i need a Condenser not the whole kit and kaboodle like the manchanic said at bulducs and the cost would be $525.00 Not $1,139.98 humm go figure a big difference and thats at a dealers price just because im a woman dont mean im stupid AGAIN BEWARE OF BULDUCS

I have not gotten work done here other than an inspection and quote. Being in a pinch for money and being skeptical from working with other shops in the past, I wanted to get a second quote done on the exhaust repair that was quoted. After a bunch of running around and cost checking, Buldoc's repair cost was the lowest quoted with new parts in the Muskegon area. (My exhaust system was pretty damaged and required a near full replacement.) Will definitely come back for future repairs and car services! Great staff and kind folks.

Took my Honda Accord because I was having a clunking sound coming from my brakes. Took it to Buldoc's, and they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with my car and told me my brakes and calipers were fine, then had me pay $75 for just looking at it. Fast forward 3 weeks later, took it to Muskegon Brake, and come to find out my rear caliper was shot and all rear brake pads were completely worn. Buldoc's are not honest, nor do they seem to know much about vehicles, and potentially put me in a dangerous situation. Do not recommend to anyone!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, i took my car for air conditioning inspection, my a/c worked on the passenger side but not the driver side, after the mechanic looked at it the a/c didnt work at all, ummm and noticed the radio monitor wasnt working either i called and the mechanic said all he did was turn the air on and off and nothing else so for $75.00 thats all he did and now i dont have my radio monitor that shows the radio station etc. And i now dont have air on the passenger side he didnt offer to look at it or try to figure out why this happened just denied he did anything, getting a second opinion oh by the way he wrote me an estimate for 1139.98 omg what a joke, i just went to the honda dealer he quoted me 519.00 half the amount Do not go there

Jeff Bolduc and his staff always provide quality work. As a repeat customer over the years, I’ve had Bolduc’s replace my intake manifold gasket, muffler, fuel line, and brake lines. All repairs have proven well done, and all were very reasonably priced. Jeff also does an excellent job explaining the finer intricacies of automotive systems in layman’s terms to his customers to help them better understand their vehicles’ issues. I’ve also seen that Jeff is a very considerate person to work for. All around a great shop operated by great people. In my opinion, the best in Muskegon. I live in Ann Arbor, but I will gladly return here if convenient to have repairs on my car because I know Bolduc’s work is second to none.

I took my truck in and left it a couple days, paid for a COMPLETE diagnostic. The very next day I took it back and told them my truck wasn’t running the same. I was assured that this was normal, my AC was making my motor idle.Fast forward a month later (when I got time) finally took my truck back because the AC that was “supposedly “fixed wasn’t blowing cold air that I had spent $300 on. I was told that I needed another $319.41 more worth of work to have cold air in my front seat only .Go back to the beginning where I paid for COMPLETE inspection, without a vehicle for a couple days. No I’m not a satisfied customer ,and will not be back. The owner also felt that it was so professional to use a gang of curse words, while speaking to me the day before drop off and telling me where he was raised . I guess he figured that I could relate.Not!! I’m a customer service professional, and I handle all business in that manner. I will never recommend to the community.

Everytime i go here Jeff takes great care of my car. Him and his staff know what they're doing, and they'll walk you through it in detail, and stand by their work. If I had any complaints it's just that the place needs a face-lift, because it's showing it's age.

Originally a radiator repair and build site, it has now expanded to general auto repair. Was able to walk in and had my car thermostat replaced along with a leaky gasket in 1.5 hours! Reasonably priced and they accept credit and debit cards but no personal checks. Great service for a great price. Will come back here if any other issues arise.

They gave me a synthetic oil change at a very reasonable price and did a full inspection for free. After the inspection they found nothing wrong with my 200k + mile car. I’m trying to say that they didn’t try to sell me up on anything I didn’t actually need. It would have been easy to do. They were also very courteous and quick. I want to add I don’t know anyone from the shop personally and I wasn’t paid for the ad. This was 100% my actual experience.
