Ordered a part from here, I was told it was going to be in the next day by 3:00pm. I call around 6pm when I get out of work, seeing that I didn’t get a phone call saying it was in, figuring that it should be in by now. I asked if it was in and the gentleman the answered the phone looked it up. He told me the order never went through and that it is no longer being made. I go back on the website and it shows me “in stock ready to ship to home” or “call store to order”. This shows that the part is still available to them and that they could have ordered it for me and didn’t even offer to make it right or look for a replacement compatible part. My business will for now on be going to autozone. Very disappointed seeing that I have bought numerous parts for years from these guys.

I was not having the best day when coming in to get new wipers, so I wasn’t the nicest but the mechanic still was very helpful and saw me and my friend struggling to put the new wipers on my car so he came outside and put them on for us. Definitely deserves a raise

Went to the store at 8:50 p.m. sign says says nine call the store employee answers phone I asked if I can get parts he tells me they close registers and doors at 8:50 so no late night Parts at O'Reilly's on Henry Street horrible customer service after being hung up on by the employee as well

Never going back here again not very helpful super slow and impossible to get a warranty on your batteries. I will never shop here again or even consider stepping in the door it truly was a waste of my time coming here and the overall feeling I got when I left was they didn't care whether I was there or not. I'd rate this on the same level of bs as the DMV.
