Never had a particularly 'positive' experience at any OReilly I've been to. Conversely, never had a negative one. Prices, stores, customer service, and product availability is tantamount to Advance Auto Parts and Autozone. I guess it all depends on what color bag you prefer.

I had my brakes go bad a gentlemen named Jerry go through his books and spent over 45 minutes working with me to just get the leak in my line to stop so that I could take my truck to a garage they let me work on my truck in the parking lot if you need a parts store these guys will go above their job description to help you. Really want to say that an employee named Jerry really worked very hard to help me be able to get on the road we'll go to no other parts store from now on please let this store be your first choice

I went to get wiper blades for my vehicle. They had the ones for the windshield but had to order the one for the rear. Which is fine I gave them my name and number. This has been a few weeks now still haven't heard from anyone. As an store manager I hate when people call over and over about an order so I try to be respectful and wait. I have called them once and was placed on hold and got disconnected.

I just want to say how much I appreciate this store. I called and spoke with Bryson and asked him if they had a portable car jumper because I had a truck in my garage where the battery had died and I couldnt use a typically jumper cable because there wasn’t enough room—- he was so kind as to send over one of his workers (we are two blocks away) and they were here within 5 minutes. I am so blown away and gracious for this excellent customer service. This really makes me want to give them all of my business on my detail products…. What a service!!! I am so thankful❤️. Thank you Bryson and your team for this wonderful act of kindness!
