Staff never seems to have it together at this location. Every time I have been here, the associates seem more interested in their phones or taking a smoke break rather than helping out. That's why I always take my business to the Barboursville location. There's a reason this store doesn't get any business and why the parking lot is always empty.

Carrie, the amazing employee who was working August 13th 2025, needs to get a raise! I stopped in to get coolant, windshield cleaner, and brake fluid, and she offered to help me out with my jugs, and then she made sure that I did not open my radiator coolant cap, as I would have gotten burned !! Wouldn’t even give one star. Worst service ever!! Everytime I go here no one will help you with anything. There just lazy and want to get a paycheck. Not sure why people who don’t know nothing about cars work at a part store. Will never go here again! Everytime I go it’s the worse experience ever!!
