Got 2 front calipers in Ashland ky gave them my Vin for correct part was give wrong parts and even not matching calipers .too them back to a different oReilly top half of calipers wood work but couldn't up lower half did not match up with vehicle bolt holes

It's a good place and cheap place to come and get your automotive needs the staff there really know what there talking about they will answer any questions you might have on anything going on with your car or truck or SUV and if you don't know how to install the part you buy from O'Reilly's they will explain it to you and if it's not gonna be hard to do or take along time they will come out and replace the parts for you. All around it's a good place to chat with staff about your car and how to fix it right

After dealing with dishonest people at Advance auto, O'reilly's is the best auto parts store I have ever been to. To be honest, I've only found dishonesty at one Advance location, but I go to O'reilly's whenever I need parts. They helped me to diagnose my bad battery and verify my alternator as good. Very helpful. They are still loaning tools even though someone walked off with their diagnostic tool and apparently some other people's too.they are very helpful.

Daryn at O’Reilly Auto Parts Store #4482 was incredible! My teenage daughter’s truck wouldn’t start in the parking lot, and he immediately stepped in to help. He brought her inside to cool off, gave her a phone charger to use, charged the truck battery, and made sure she stayed safe until I arrived. He then installed a new battery, tested everything, and treated us with such kindness and professionalism. You don’t see service like that often—Daryn truly deserves recognition!
